In 21st Century Managers and Employees many kinds of Behavioral issues at workplace. Some
of them are explain below:

1) Team Problems:
When Employees work in a team might be possible that they are of different nature or
have different behavior .They may experience personal disconnect with other team members
which can be harmful for n organization. Team leaders must offer constant feedback when facing
team issue managers must investigate the problem and take immediate action to avoid more
serious performance breakdowns.

2) Lazy or unmotivated:
Employees having such type of quality are not engaged in their work and spend most of
their time in doing unusual sort of actions which are other than work .Like, spending their time
in sleeping, playing games, using social media and socializing. Manager needs to monitor and
keep in touch while working hours in order to know whether the goals are being met or not.

3) Clarity of Goals:
Organizations may have diverse workforce which contains different people with
behaviors. Manager needs to clarify the goals and take immediate and continuous feedback in
order to make sure that everyone understood so that accomplishment of goals can be ascertained.

4) Misconducts:
Conducting of misconducts is also watched by managers as behavioral issue among
employees. Employees may engage in intentional misconducts which are without justification.
Like, injures another person, damage to property, or threatens the safety of the work place.
Managers need to be proactive one in order to overcome these types of issues.

5) Dishonesty:
It is also e behavioral issue watched by the managers among employees and is a common
one. It may involve fraud, misrepresentation or illegality, including willfully making a false
official statement or report. Managers need to deal with the root cause of the problem in order to
know the reason and take possible actions to avoid a repeat of the situation.

6) Bad Attitude:
It is easy to label a person as having a bad attitude. But sometimes employees reasons
are understandable but his/her actions are not acceptable in the workplace. Like, employees may

be given work they are not prepared for, be mistreated, discriminated etc. Manager needs to
understand the problem and act early.

7) Aggressiveness:
It is also one of the major issues watched in employees of all designation. Aggressive
behavior in the organization puts employees at risk hinders productivity and harms the
companys reputation. Manager can handle it by monitoring employees behavior and step in at
the first sign of trouble.

8) Rudeness:
In the workplace there are different types of people having different kind of way of
talking or conversation. Some people are praising us but due to their pitch of voice it looks like
that they are talking rudely. Rudeness at work can lower productivity and leads to conflicts
among employees. Rudeness not only makes for an unpleasant work environment, but it also
harms productivity and decreases job satisfaction.

9) Gossip:
It has been said that, in an every organization there is one gossip king
and gossip queen. It is very difficult to break gossiping about employees.
Managers noticed that gossip increases conflict, undermines your teams
performance,

decreases

morale

and

promotes

miscommunications.

Managers needs to do some sort of actions to control gossiping that turned


its shape in to rumors which creates un-pleasant organizational environment.

Argumentative:

It is also a behavioral issue in employees to be argumentative. It will


create a disturbing environment in an organization. Such type of employees
cannot be settled down with each other. Manager needs to assess such type
of behavior and eliminate such type of behavior as it also creates conflicts.

Conclusion:

Managers need to monitor employees and their behavior since problems could result in a
decrease in productivity. Managers can avoid potential conflicts with employees by anticipating
behavioral issues which typically occur in the organization.
