This is Rob Brinded here. Im really excited to be going through this


presentation with you. I wish you were all here in the room with me
and then we could have a little bit more interaction, but Im going to try
and give this one my best shot. So were going to talk today about this
product and all aspects and concepts to do with that. Really what were
looking to get is to have a pelvis that is and hips that attract women
naturally, and how to get that. And that comes from being able to
release the tension, get the correct position of the pelvis in a man, and to
have the correct bio mechanics that give all the signs to a woman that
you tick all her boxes on the attraction side.
So were looking at PAW here, thats Primal Attraction Work, and we
also have PAP, which is Primal Attraction Posture. And I use the symbol
of the paw of a lion, as it shows you the kind of symbology of when a
mans walking, if he is a confident male he has that edge to him and he
has a certain way of moving that shows everyone around him that hes
the real deal. And we want to move away from the little kind of fluffy
toy lion that a lot of men use and that kind of paw because thats not
what were looking for here.
So the research that is really pointing in favour of the fact that our hips
are the centre of attraction for women, and they did a study at the centre
of behavioural neuro science lab and they showed What they did,
they got some erotic photos and showed both men and women the
photos, and had eye scanners on them. We actually had eye scanners at
Chelsea Football Club that we were starting to bring in for goalkeepers,
which are pretty cool things that show exactly where youre looking,
and has kind of like a cross. And what they found was, quite
surprisingly, that women actually look at a mans groin area in the
photos. They looked at that first before the face. And that men looked
at the other way round, so its kind of showing you that this hip area is
like a key point for sexual attraction, and no one goes into that really,
although our clothes do. They understand that. Thats why the guys
wear the trousers and the jeans down around their ass, and women wear
hipsters and big belts and everything. Its a very key sexual hub.
There was a survey done. You look at this on Google, the 10 body parts
that women find most sexy in men, and surprisingly again the top four
parts are in the hip region. So this is something that women dont talk
about. Theyre not going to say, you know, Oh, what do you like in a
guy? Yeah, I like looking at his groin. But its there, and I think
theyre not exactly trying to look at the size of your appendage. Its
more to do with the movement and the relaxation. That tells them many
different things. And what theyre looking for is your genetic potential.
What kind of a mate are you going to be? Are you going to have good
offspring? Theyre also looking at the health of your genetics. And

health is really underestimated in attraction as well. If youre healthy


you give off the signs that you trigger attraction quite easily in
women. But the health is also looking at how healthy is your pelvic
region? Does the pelvis sit well? Do you get correct rotation, which
shows that you can load your abdominal wall when youre hunting, you
know, back in years and year ago when youre hunting you could be a
good hunter. Well, youd need a pelvis that was strong and stable. You
need to have it going in all the right moves, all the right 3-D functional
movements so that you could sprint, fight and hunt well. And thats
what theyre looking for still. If youre rigid in that area and youre
restricted, and you have this tension, well, thats showing that theres
unhealth there, that its not a healthy movement. Youre going to get
back pain. If you get back pain, you know, when we were cavemen
youd be dead. Back pain you didnt have. You had to go hunting and
get the food, otherwise youre in trouble.
So women are reading this unconsciously. Theyre pre-programmed.
Evolutionary biology has made this fact that this is the survival of the
fittest and the strongest are chosen to be the best mates, so very
important. And as you know from some of my if youve read some of
my other work, the moment you walk youre an open book, and its
literally its like youve got a banner over your head that is telling the
woman everything that she needs to know about you and it happens the
moment you walk.
So here is one of the most famous kind of heartthrobs for women.
Women just literally went crazy about this guy and just show you, you
know, look at what he was doing to create this frenzy. One second.
[Plays DVD about Elvis] Sorry about that, the first little glitch in the
video. So the guy was actually going to say that he moves his hips like
hes got an electric bolt through him, and you dont walk into a bar.
You saw the way Elvis was there and the girls were politely clapping as
he gyrated his hips, but that guy knew what women really liked. And
another guy, Im not sure if you know him, hes a Welsh singer, Tom
Jones would gyrate his hips and women were throwing The first time
he went to Las Vegas the women were throwing their knickers onto the
stage. The second time he went they were throwing their hotel key on
the stage because the guy just worked them up so much and it was very
much to do with the hips. You know, us as guys, we dont talk about the
hips, you know. When was the last time you had a chat with your mates
and said yeah, Ive been working on my hips. Im trying to make my
hips looser so I mean most guys go to the gym and they lift
weights, bicep curls, bench press to impress the women. But, as Ive
said so many times, if you build a big upper body and your pelvis
doesnt work properly, well, you dont It looks incongruent. It
doesnt look athletic. You look like youve got muscles that are stuck
on and your movement becomes unintelligent. Im not saying you look
stupid, although some people think you do. Its more youre moving in
a way thats not Theres no flow. And women read that as being
incongruent, creepy and non sexual.

So the moment you walk into a bar women are reading this. And you
can have the best clothes, the nicest car, and the best pick up lines, but
its all over the moment you walk in the bar because women are
absolute experts at picking up everything thats going on in their glance
radar. They literally just have amazing peripheral vision. Theyre
taking in everything and they can spot you coming in before you spot
them. And Ive told this story before, but I was with a very beautiful
woman. We were in a caf and I was interviewing her about this stuff,
and she was very beautiful so I was saying Can you find a good
looking guy or a guy you find sexy? And we were there for an hour
and we hadnt seen anyone. She was going Mm, no, he just doesnt do
it for me, he doesnt do it for me. Then she saw a guy standing behind
a couple of tables and he had some nice clothes on, he had a tan, his
hair looked good and he was a good looking guy. And she goes Oh no,
that guy, yes, hes a kind of I would look at him. Ive become aware
of him. Hes an attractive guy. And then he started to walk through
the caf and she went Oh no, no, no, no I take that back. He doesnt
do it for me. And what it was, was his pelvis didnt move properly.
He was stuck, so he was He had rigid movement. Im going to show
you this later on and Im going to show you it in male models. So those
guys can kind of get away with it because theyre so good looking, but
even that they come across as creepy.
So this woman had seen a guy who was good looking, but the moment
he walked she said No, he doesnt do it for me. Its that very kind of
language that doesnt mean very much, but underneath its her
unconscious attraction figures have been switched off.
On the reverse of this, I was working with a soccer player and we were
in a bar which was full of beautiful women. It was a very high class
place. And I was in there beforehand, I was just relaxed. Id had a long
day and I was waiting for him to join me, and I was scanning the place
and looking at how people were interacting. And the guys were looking
needy, even though they had loads of money. There wasnt in there who
just like didnt care and he was cool, and the women were looking a bit
bored and kind of interested in these guys because thats all they were.
Now they were facing the bar area and the hotel entrance. I saw my
soccer player walk in. He walked in like three metres and the women
almost sensed him even though they didnt have eyes in the back of
their head. They turned around because the guy just walked and there
was like a sense of the energy changed in the room when he walked in.
Now he was famous. So, okay, admittedly this is an exaggeration
because he was well known, but when a natural walks in a place thats
exactly the same thing that because the guys a natural as well, kind
of very low body tone, good hip movement, everything.
So when you have this movement its literally like dropping a pebble in
a pond. You ripple out and then they come to you. They come back to
you. If youre looking to go after women, theres a change in the
energy. You need to be that pebble going into the water or the flame for

the moths to come to. So when you walk into their glance radar they
will either pick up on your restrictions, your flow, and the posture,
which is all interrelated and sort of decode you. Its the code to your
inner self. And that scan has been honed for however old they are, you
know, 18 years, and they were much better than us at this after six
months. They were like 10 times better at that age. Theyre
professionals at scanning and weeding out men they dont want to talk
to, and that is done on an unconscious programmed level and its all to
do with your movement and the way you hold yourself and the tension
in your body. So, again, theyre reading your genetic and your health.
So whats the difference between womens hips and mens hips?
Because a lot of people tell me, yes, but men dont move their hips that
much. Theyre not that important. Womens hips on the other hand are
very important. Well, of course, yes, belly dancers have hypnotised
men for many years. I remember I was in a restaurant. They had a belly
dancer and t his guy just could not stop looking at her dancing, and his
girlfriend got so pissed that they had a huge fight there and I was like
Oh, poor guy, its not his fault. I wanted to tell her, look, its that
belly dancers fault. Shes hitting all his triggers. And then you see the
catwalk models who exaggerate their hip movement and thats another
classic. They understand the importance of that, so they exaggerate it.
If Im working with a woman, I dont tell her to walk like a model
because thats an exaggeration. So the important thing to realise is that
the movement is driven from the bottom-up. That means when a
woman is walking her foot moves closer to the midline than ours and
she drives her hip out, and that then comes up to the top of her body,
whereas as for men theyre driven from the top-down. So if youre
listening now and you just sway your shoulders from side to side, thats
where we gain most of our momentum is from the top-down where we
switch on our abdominals. The hips do move but obviously not as
much as a womans. And if they did, thats more a gay guy. They move
their hips more that way, or the more feminine gay guy.
So is it the same for men? Are the hips just as important as womens
hips are to men? And I would say absolutely. From the research and
from all my interviews with women they the guys hips are
mesmerising for them. So thats kind of an eye opener. I think its
important for you to realise. Remember, dont go out tonight and try
and move your hips because that will come across as creepy. It has to
be reprogrammed. And that tension cant be released consciously. You
have to just let go very gently and use the shaking mechanism that Im
going to teach you.
So here we have some catwalk models and Im just going to I
wanted to show you how women walk and the bikini models, so I
thought Id throw that in for you guys. But I want I started to see
their restrictions. Now these are very miniscule restrictions, but if I was
to work with them these are the things I would pick up on. Let me see

there, now the woman before is a famous catwalk model and you can
see her hip movement was very flowing, 3-Dimensional. Now this
woman here is another top model but its just different. It looks more
rigid in her hips, and she has restrictions there. Im going to stop it
Ill just let you see this now. [Plays DVD] So the woman before, it
wasnt as flowing. She was really having to step across. And this
woman in the image now, I mean very beautiful woman. I hope you
can see my arrow here. Shes stepping across but theres restriction in
these hips. Theres a lack of rotation. And this is a problem to do with
her diaphragm, which is below the bra there. That area is very tight and
shes very tight up into her rib cage. Now in my experience, she may
have emotional issues and trouble with men. This is what I would read
into this. But its just interesting how the body doesnt [0:17:41.1].
And men kind of pick up on this, although Im sure not many of us
would not talk to this lady.
[Plays DVD] So a very beautiful woman. I mean theres not really
much wrong with her, except if I was to work with her she probably
does get some back pain because her left hip, the front hip doesnt
extend correctly. Theres some restrictions deep in there. So, you
know, Im sure she doesnt have any problems when shes walking but
if I was to work with her
Now were going to get to the guys. This is a male model show and I
didnt really look hard for this. Its the first one I found. I thought,
okay, this will be interesting. Im going to play it through twice and try
to give you as much as Im seeing. Now most of these guys have a lot
of restrictions in their body. Its very surprising. Theyre lucky that
theyve got very good looking faces because for most of us these
restrictions would cause us huge problems with meeting women, and it
might still possibly do with these guys because some of them, their
walks are pretty stuck. So lets go. [Plays DVD] So this guy has got
pretty good movement but you can see hes kind of curved over at the
top. His weight training has pulled him down and forward, giving him
a forward head posture. Now this guys restricted incredibly in the hips
and its not to do with the football. Its like hes got a rod through his
hips, like a metal bar, and he waddles. Hes got feet problems and other
stuff going on.
Now heres the woman. You can see the difference in the movement.
Its very much from the bottom-up. Now this guys got big problems
with that left leg. Ill show it to you again but hes walking on like
wooden legs. Hes got big problems with those hips as well. Now this
guys much, much better, very cool walk but that left hip is tight. I
dont know why. But I mean he wont have any problems with his
looks and that walk. This guys really got restrictions in the left pec in
his neck and in the upper back, and hes not loading his hips properly.
Yes, this guys not so bad. Hes got low tone. Yes, a cool guy, a bit a
fast walk but it may be that thats his modelling style. This guys
holding his stomach in, tightening it, so But hes got His right

shoulders very much dropped, maybe an eye issue going on there.


This guys cool. Thats a very good walk. Hes very hunched over at
the upper back but maybe thats too much weight lifting. But hes got
very cool walk. And check this guy out though. He walks like a spider.
Hes holding his abs in too tight for the show and its lost all restriction,
so hes a bit like a spider. And this is the guy, check the hips out. Hes
waddling. He has no extension in his hips but hes got back pain.
Thats not a good walk. This guys looser. Hes got more flow in his
hips but not great. I was going to go through that again but Ive done
quite well to go through that.
So are we actually devolving, because those guys were like the super
models and were not all like that. So you see this picture here, its
quite funny, the guy in the middle is I suppose like the models weve
just seen, you know, muscular, hes upright, hes a good hunter, stands
upright and then through our lifestyles, and food, and stress, and shoes,
and pavements everywhere, you know, down in to the computer, that
really is whats happening with us now. And we have to fight this. We
have to release that tension thats come from all these factors and get
our body moving back to where right in the middle there. Dont go
back any further over to the left. Actually, some of the exercises Im
going to give you on this course is a little bit like money exercises.
Now this is normal people. Like you and I, were not top models who
can walk in a place and women just find us attractive. Ive known a
male model and he just had women wanting to sleep with him all the
time just because he was good looking, but none of the relationships
really lasted. So this is just us, normal people, and this is a thing I
analysed these guys. This was a couple of years ago, so just have a
look at this and you will see that this is more normal analysis. [Plays
DVD] This guy seems to be holding back in his step. Hes tentative,
short steps, hunched over. T his is a fearful posture, lacking confidence.
This guy is dressed pretty cool but you can tell a lot about him by the
way he moves. He has very little rotation. His hips are very tight, feet
have to turn out. This tells you a lot about him and women will scan
this within seconds, really lacking in flow. Great little clip here. This
guy looks very nervous with his head down and then up he comes,
confident guy. Just shows you what your posture can do and what it
portrays about you. This guy here, hes confident, hes taking up room
when he walks, his head is up, and obviously very confident guy and
hes got the lady. Enough said.
So thats just a brief analysis of some guys. I can see more now. Im
two years on with analysing people, which is interesting, but again its
What sense do you get when you see someone. And women are 10
times, 20 times, 30 times better than us in getting that felt sense. And
its come from theyve had to do it because their survival was based on
it through evolution and biology. Its not their fault. Were doing it to
them as well. Once you re-programme this to give off the right signals
then everything is just easy, which is the good news. So low tension

plus bio mechanics equals primal attraction walk and primal attraction
posture. The image on the left with Barack Obama is not the greatest
image but Ill go into that in a second. On the right is, I think its some
musician or rapper or something. I just noticed the image. And what I
like about it is his shoulders are swaying to switch on his abdominal
wall, his abs are soft and relaxed. Hes not tightened, which shows that
hes very comfortable about himself an in his environment. If we tense
our stomach its when were going to be punched. So you walk along
with tension and tension in the abs, its saying that youre fearful, you
think something is going to happen. If you look at his hips, hes getting
some rotation there, so hes counter clockwise with the upper body to
the hips, which is great, and, you know, hes got low tone, it just shows.
And he also looks after himself, which is another sign that you
know, hes got nice clothes and hes got the cool hat, which is a bit like
the cherry on the cake. You put those clothes and the hat on someone
whos walking with tension, it looks incongruent. You look at the
Theres the ex British Prime Minister there Gordon Brown with Barack
Obama on the right there. Barack Obama is a natural. The guy is just
super cool. He has extremely low body tone. Hes got rotation
happening there. Everything is sitting well on his body. His posture is
good. Hes a very comfortable guy. Compare that to Gordon Brown
next to him and this is I could have chosen many of the photos that I
saw of this particular scene and you can see hes like lifting his knee up
to walk, which is maybe coming from a problem with his left leg. His
hips are held away from him, like tucking your tail between your legs.
His arms are held by his side. The guy was an intelligent guy but he
was more logical. He wasnt in his body. And his heads forward and
he comes across as the beta male in this photo.
Interestingly, if you look at the guys on the left, theyre secret service.
You have the daddy next to Barack. Hell be his number one guy there
in the middle. Hes a bit overweight but thats Ive worked with
special forces guys who do body guarding and its extremely difficult to
keep your weight down because youre on call constantly and you have
to eat whatever you can get hold of. But the guys got some good
rotation. Hes the man. The guy on the far left, you know, I dont
whether its because the suns in his eyes. Maybe his jacket is a little ill
fitting because hes got a gun there, but his heads kind of down a little
bit, but you can see the difference between him and the main guy, but it
might just be the photo. Interesting interaction there.
So when were moving we have whats called muscular chains. Theyre
also [0:29:50.9] chains. Im very much into the [0:29:52.5], which is
the connective tissue that envelopes all the muscles. But this is a
[0:29:57.4] study and its kind of you can see what will happen when
your right foot is behind you. You can see the muscle there over here in
the calf that then comes up alongside of the hip. This is the lateral line
on the side of the body. These are the abdominals. It comes up, attaches
into the arm, right up into the head. So if you get restrictions at any
time in your body the whole chain can be affected and the body

compensates. So this intelligent muscular chain needs to be smooth,


and connected well and flowing. And thats hugely attractive to a
woman. You can see here this is the backline on the right hand side and
at the bottom is the foot, deep into the foot. You come up into the calf,
hamstrings, I think thats up into the back or the soaz, right up into the
head there, so everything is connected. And what I work with a lot is
guys who are far too much in their head and not in their body. And that
comes across in their movement. Theres no flow or smooth connection
with this muscular chain.
So on the left here you have, I think its Tom Myers illustration of this
backline, which is you work on when youre doing the tennis ball, when
youre rubbing that under your foot. Im sure youve done that. If you
get a tennis ball and rub your foot for 30 seconds to a minute you can
see that its connected to everything right up to your head, so it will
affect your posture. But the big problem with this kind of tension and
problems with this muscular chain is that even if you have a medical
team around you, like a sports medical team, this guy on the right, Im
going to show you the photo, hes in the 4 x 100 metre England squad,
GB squad. Now hes got a massage therapist, chiropractor, doctor,
physio, strength [0:32:03.5] coach all round him, and hes got big issue
going on. I was filming This is by my house for the European
championships. I hope you can get an idea for whats going on. Hes
got very tight hips. Hips are tight, heads dropped forward, hes
limping. Man, he needs some work. Thats me with Tony, one of my
natural friends. His head was locked and tight, his pelvis was locked
and tight, he was limping. And he was competing in the European
championships. Those guys go to the Olympics. So you need to get
some the right type of treatment to release this tension. And most of
the guys out there who are working in conditioning dont know this
stuff, you know, at the highest level, because Ive worked there and
there are some very good people but that guy needs some work.
So we move onto how we get this tension held in our body. Now this is
the startle reflex and freezing that you can see here. I think someone
threw a bit or it fell out of his hand and its gone into the crowd. And
you can see everyone closing down as much as you can. You see the
guys at the bottom. They tuck their head in and their pelvis if they were
standing [0:33:37.5]. And this is a starter reflex. Im going to show
you a video of this afterwards. But what its important to realise is
when we have a scary situation happens to us and when we were
children that can be just someone telling us were bad, you have three
options. You can runaway, you can fight, or you can freeze. Theyre all
very valuable ways of dealing with a stress response like an attack.
Animals do this automatically. And you can understand the fight and
the flights, you know, its a resolution. Everything comes to an end
afterwards, but the freezing response, what they do is they play dead
and once the dangers over they shake this huge amount of tension
thats created in their body, this like energy thats held in there. They
shake it loose. Their mind processes the trauma as though its now

complete and then they walk away like nothing has happened. But
because we have this kind of third brain, our cortises, we think so much,
weve lost this instinctive primal mechanism. So we freeze all the time.
We have done for a long time when we were children. Weve frozen.
When youre with your first girlfriend, maybe your first sexual
experience, its stressful. Theres a freezing taking place there as well,
but we dont know Were never allowed to shake it loose, so thats
the problem. Thats why we get so much tension. This is the starter
response just to show you that we cant control it. [Plays DVD] Im
going to play that again.
So you cant help it and you cant help this response, and you see that
you flex down. Did you see that he shortened himself? And thats a
safe position to go in. When you walk into a bar, the shorter down, you
know, the more flexed and down you are, it shows you are fearful in
that environment and the natural is expanding in the environment, and
relaxed and loose. So you kind of get it now. That tension and
tightness comes across as a fear response. The [0:36:31.6] muscle on
the left here, you can see it attaches the spine with the legs. That is the
fear muscle, and that automatically contracts when were stressed, and
thats why we have so many problems with this muscle and it causes
pain. But it tightens our hip movement when were walking and, as you
know, thats serious when it comes to attracting women because that
guy is like once it can flow properly youre a natural. You naturally
attract women, its as simple as that. If you get your hips working it
just makes things so much easier.
So this Spiderman suit that we have underneath us, this facia, it follows
all the muscular chains, it wraps itself around everything, all the way
into our eye sockets, into our teeth, into our feet. It gets everywhere. I
like the analogy of the Spiderman suit. And just imagine the Spiderman
suit. If you kind of put some tape on one part of the body it would
cause a restriction there and that would affect the whole movement of
the whole Spiderman wouldnt be able to jump into his poses and get
his legs up around his head. And that Spiderman suit needs to be as free
and as flowing as possible. You got any tightness, you know I like
the analogy, kind of the image of the black Spiderman, like the dark
Spiderman, your issues and your beliefs that tighten us down, and your
past injuries and past traumas that are pulling us and tightening our
Spiderman suit.
So the way this suit becomes tight over time, and this youre going
to see this video and it shows theres like a cobweb thats laid down
overnight, and if you dont keep moving and releasing this energy,
tension thats held in there it becomes so tight that you have to use a
scalpel on it. So you can see here with his finger, this is an actual
human [0:38:43.6] study. Hes just peeling it away like butter and thats
after probably a night of not working the muscle, although that
[0:38:51.0] was probably dead longer than that. But what Im saying is
that over years that becomes so tight that the guy whos actually in this

video explaining what hes doing, he would have to use a sharp scalpel
knife to cut through that fuzz, that white cobwebby stuff. When it
becomes really hard its locked down, and you need to use this vibrating
shaking mechanism to free it up because normal stretching isnt that
effective, or you get a massage therapist and spend thousands on it
because its going to take a while.
So this is the shaking mechanism of a polar bear. Ill try and read
whats written but it moves quite quickly. But youre going to see it in
what actually happens with an animal. So they start to shake. So the
polar bear has finally found a predator and its about to collapse because
it has been sedated, but it will also freeze because it has been
traumatised. As it comes out of it you see what looks like a [0:40:04.5]
seizure, but if you watch the belly you will see the end of the discharge.
It completes the whole thing with a deep inspiration and expiration.
Theres the big deep breath in and then it fully relaxes. So the belly
clap, its re-regulating its autonomic nervous system. Looking at it
slowly, it looks dramatic. It looks like a seizure, but its simply
replicating what it needed to do to complete its procedural event, the
events of that trauma, which, having been extinguished, allows the bear
to go on with its life. Thats all there is to it. If you dont discharge the
freeze response, its very serious.
So, you know, the bear has been traumatised. Its coming out of the
sedation that its mind is playing through the trauma. They body is
shaking loose that trauma, going through the event until its completed
and the autonomic nervous system has regulated that excess energy. Its
released out of the body and the bear just goes on like nothing
happened. So we need to learn how to do that and its very simple and
thats what were going to find out now. A little bit disturbing seeing
that bear shaking like that. It was fine afterwards, but youre not going
to have to shake quite like that. So youve heard the thing boys dont
cry and thats guys do have a lot of problems releasing tension
because were not always laughing. Laughing is great for releasing
tension and were told not to cry. When you cry, really deeply cry, you
have huge convulsions and youre releasing that energy from past
traumas. And other things that bring on a lack of movement, you know,
sitting at the computer all the time, wearing shoes, walking on
pavements, you know, just living in our lifestyle. The food we eat
theres so many preservative toxins, rubbish, things in there to kind of
try and pretend that its food, and this stresses our body, causes pain,

when youre laid back, naturals are laid back, laid back people dont
stress. So you need to kind of release the stress youve already kept in
there and work on yourself so that you stop taking on more stress, you
know.
