English Week will be on 25 until 29 April
Suggested activities are News Broadcast, Crossword and Word
Search, SEMMUJA Masterchef and Scrapbook.
4.1.3 Pn. Azmidah also suggested an activity which is Song Dedication.
Pn. Rosmawati agreed with that suggestion.
4.1.4 Pn. Rosmawati suggested that all activities will be held on
Wednesday. Pn. Rohaidah agreed with that suggestion.
4.1.5 Pn. Rohaidah suggested forming stations for each activity. Pn.
Rosmawati agreed on that suggestion.

4.2 MBMMBI
4.2.1 English activities will be done every Thursdays. The day is named
after Hi-5.
4.2.2 There are some activities that will be held in turn for 2016. Among
the activities and persons in charge are as below:

4.2.3 To enforce English environment among students, Pn. Azmidah
suggested letting students to listen to English song on every
Thursdays morning. She volunteered to in charge to play the songs.
Madam Principal approved this suggestion.
4.3 PT3 2015 POST-MORTEM
4.3.1 Most of students failed to answer Question 4 because there were
many HOTs questions.
4.3.2 The percentages of passed students for English were 43.98.
4.3.3 Based on PT3 2015 result, Pn. Rosmawati decided on the targeted
percentage for 2016 English PT3 is 50.
4.3.4 Pn. Rosmawati also targeted 5 students to get A in 2016 English
PT3. They are stated as below:

4.4 HOTS
4.4.1 Pn. Rosmawati informed that there will be 50 percent HOTS
questions for PT3 2016 for TIMS and PISSA preparation.
4.4.2 Pn. Rohaidah stated that teachers should teach students based on
HOTS.
4.4.3 To guide English teachers on teaching HOTS, Pn. Rohaidah will order
HOTS hexagon and Pn. Rosmawati will provide books about HOTS.

Pn. Elina has assigned as head of ULBS for 2016.

A detailed brief regarding ULBS will be delivered by the head
of ULBS to Form Four students on April.

PBS will be preceded as usual according to the schedule and
PBS coordinator information.

5.0 OTHER MATTERS

5.1 Pn. Rohaidah requested to use SALC room for teaching, due to her
health problem. Responding on the SALC room, Pn. Rosmawati will
distribute form to schedule its operation for teachers flexibility. SALC
room is available to be operated everyday except on Friday, after
recess hour for housekeeping purposes.
5.2
Madam Principal suggested hanging whiteboard at the space
between SALC room and MPV room to accommodate teachers
teaching. Pn. Rosmawati agreed on that.

5.3 For 2 Words a Day programme, every form coordinator should

paste words and meaning on Mondays for students to copy in their
vocabulary books. Then, on Thursdays, the lucky students will be
asked for the words on stage.
5.4 For books allocation, each student should have a long exercise book
for writing or literature and two short exercise books for vocabulary
and comprehension.
5.5 Diagnostic test will be on 7 January for form One, Two and Three.
The test paper has been approved for riso purposes by Madam
Principal.
