PAPER GUIDELINES

1. PAPER IDENTITY
1.1 Title
The title should be a concise statement and less than 20 words. It summarizes the main idea
of the paper simply and should be fully explanatory when standing alone. The title should
use Times New Roman 14 point size and typed in uppercase in every first word, centered
between the left and right margins, and positioned in the upper half of the page.
1.2 Authors Name
To reduce the likelihood of mistaken identity, the preferred form of an authors name is first
name, middle name, and last name, using font Times New Roman 12 point size. There is no
need to write any academic titles (e.g., Dr., Professor) and degrees (e.g., PhD, MA, Psi).
1.3 Institutional Affiliation
Type the name of the institute and the study program, State/Province below the authors name
use 11font size, Times New Roman. The institutional affiliation should be centered under the
authors name. When the author has no more than two affiliations, list the city and
state/Province under the authors name.
1.4 Authors Email
Type the authors email below the institutional affiliation, use Times New Roman 11 point
size.
2. ABSTRACT
Type the abstract use Times New Roman 12 point size with a single paragraph without
indentation and range from 150 to 250 words. It should appear in uppercase and lowercase letters
and justify line. Dont forget to type 3 keywords below the abstract paragraph. Use the specific
words for the keywords to describe your manuscripts. Please indentify your manuscripts; it is an
empirical report or a literature review.
2.1 Empirical Study Paper
2.1.1 The problem under investigation, in one sentence
2.1.2 The participant, specifying pertinent characteristic such as age, sex, and ethnic and/or
racial group
2.1.3 The essential feature of study method
2.1.4 The basic finding, including effect sizes and confidence interval and/or statistical
significance levels
2.1.5 The conclusions and the implications or applications.
2.2 Theoretical Review
2.2.1 The problem or relation under investigation
2.2.2 Study eligibility criteria
2.2.3 Type of participant included in primary studies
2.2.4 Main result, including the most important effect size
2.2.5 Conclusion (including limitation)
2.2.6 Implication for theory, policy, and/or practice.

3. Full Paper
The full paper elements consist of:
3.1 Introduction (theoretical review)
3.2 Methods
3.3 Result
3.4 Discussion
For the theoretical review paper, use a suitable format based on the full papers contains.
4. GENERAL INSTRUCTION
4.1 File name: Softcopy of the full paper should use last name of the author(s)
4.2 Page size: A4-size paper (210 x 297 mm).
4.3 Typeface: Times New Roman, with 12 points font size. Use the small font (11 points) for
tables (Table tags), figure captions (Figure caption tag) and the references
(Reference text tag). Latin names, local language, and the titles of journals and
books which should all be in italics. Never use bold and underline any text.
4.4 Line Spacing: Single spacing in all text lines of the manuscript and never use more than one
space after each paragraphs in a chapter. Double spaces after each chapter.
4.5 Margins: The margin settings are: Top: 2.5 cm; bottom: 2.5 cm; left: 2.5 cm; right: 2.5 cm.
4.6 Alignment: Use the flush-left style, do not justify line except in the abstract, block quotation,
title and heading, table title and notes, and figure caption.
4.7 Indentation: Indent in the first line of every paragraph and the first line of every footnotes.
Use the tab key, which should be set at five spaces.
4.8 Length: The entire paper, including abstract, tables, figures and diagrams, must be
approximately up to 4,000 words.
4.9 Page number: Top of the page and use right alignment.

5. REFERENCE
The reference should be refers to Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 6th
edition (2010). Below is the summary and examples of the reference format. For full coverage, please see
Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 6th edition.
5.1. Double-space all reference entries in a hanging indent format. List only entries cited in the
text in alphabetical order.
5.2. Use italics for titles of books and periodicals.
5.3. Date or month may be included within the parentheses of (year) for monthly magazines,
newsletters, or newspapers.
5.4. Use upper/lower cases for journal titles, but lower cases only (except in the first word) for
book or journal article titles. Capitalize only proper nouns.
