Abstract: This paper provides a scheme based on 3G / 4G wireless video
monitoring terminal communication technology for water resources monitoring, a brief
description of the application of wireless video communication terminal to monitoring
the realtime information of water resources and checking video surveillance. Through
practical application, the ideal effect is obtained.
