sit and replenish your Soul, a
solitude from your busy life.
A place where you can go inside for
guidance, knowledge, peace and
contentment.
Surround your Sacred Space with
flowers and plants to increase your
energy, Love and appreciation for
Beauty.

Turn the lights down, the music off
and sit in your comfortable chair, feet
flat on the floor, hip width apart, spine
as erect as feels right for you at this
time, keep your arms open and your
hands resting, palms up on your
thighs.
Close your eyes and take 3 deep
relaxing belly breaths. Close your eyes
and look way, way up to where you
can sense, feel or see the Love and
Light of the Universe.
Breathe slowly and deeply as you
connect to this light and allow it to
flood through your Crown Chakra
filling your whole body with Love and
Light and washing away anything that
is negative and not for your Highest
Good.

Allow this Love and Light to come out of the palms

of your hands and the soles of your feet going into
the Earth where all of the negativity is absorbed by
Mother Earth and allow that energy to go straight to
the center of the Earth cleansing and grounding you
and come back up through the soles of your feet
drawing this abundant Energy into every cell of
your body and into your Heart Chakra where it
meets with the Love and Light from the Universe
above expanding out in all directions from your
body encasing you in a strong pillar of Love and
Light. Now breathe in that Love and Light slowly
and deeply and put your thoughts, attention and
intention on your entire Heart Chakra area and keep
it there now.

Have the energy of Love & Light above and Mother Earth from below meet in
your Heart Chakra, (Centre of chest)
