NEW QUESTIONS PRESENTED FOR REVIEW IN DISCUSSION

1. Are American citizens being disenfranchised by Judges that are ruling to protect
other judges, ignoring the Law and by all appearance making the law fit the
personal feelings of the Judge or to line the pockets of Judges friends who are
lawyers.
2. Are judges in ignoring the law, at the same time ignoring the lives lost to protect
the rights of all Americans?

3,000 people killed in Iraq and how many men and women came back harmed for
life physically, emotionally et al. With the farce that we are fighting for rights for
others that we do not have in our own country, ie walking into a court room and
finding a fair and non partial Judge or a place to go that will hold the Judge
accountable and further give the rights that are human born rights.

3. Have the Judiciary, the Government and Elected Officials seem to have
forgotten the 30 Human Rights the World Enjoys Except for Americans?
But, wasnt the thought our United States Constitution and State
Constitutions give us these rights, as well as our Rules and Laws of the
Supreme Court of the United States of America:
1.

Were all Equal Before the Law The Law is the same for everyone. It must treat us all

fairly.
8.

Your Human Rights are Protected by Law We can all ask for the Law to help us when

we are not treated fairly

9.

No Unfair Detainment - Nobody has the right to put us in prison without good reason and

keep us there, or to send us away from our country.

10. The Right to Trial If we are put on Trial this should be in public. The people who try us
should not let anyone tell them what to do.

11. Were Always Innocent Till Proven Guilty Nobody should be blamed for doing something
until it is proven. When people say we did a bad thing we have the right to show it is not true.

come into our home, open our letters, or bother us or our family without a good reason.

13. The Freedom to Move We all have the right to go where we want in our own country & to
travel as we wish

14. The Right to Seek a Safe Place to Live If we are frightened of being treated badly treated
in our own country, we will have the right to run away to another country to be safe

over the judges and officers of the court perpetrating these acts, have a
mandatory duty under federal civil rights and criminal statutes, to:
A. Provide prompt relief to the victimized citizen?
B. Take actions to halt the civil, constitutional, and criminal acts and great
harm being inflicted upon the United States and the Petitioner?

PETITION FOR REHEARING

Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 44.1, petitioner Janice Wolk Grenadier respectfully petitions the
court for rehearing of its decision issued on April 4, 2016. The grounds are the Court ignored the
criminal, fiduciary and lack of care given to insure a Poor Pro Se Litigant was given fairness in
the court.
DISCUSSION
That the courts are ignoring Fox v. Strickland 837 F.2d 507 (D.C. Cir 1988), the Court of
Appeals held that a district court must notify a pro se party of the consequences of failing to
response to a motion that, if granted would result in the end of the law suit. That notice
should include an explanation that the failure to respond. May result in the district court
granting the motion and dismissing the case Id. at 509. That all defendants were not even
required to respond to the Complaint.
Further the petitioner has never been given an open court room hearing denying her rights under
the First and Fifth Amendments to the United Constitution as authorized in Bivens v. Six
Unknown Names Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971) for the chilling of
Petitioner of her First and Fifth Amendment rights to access court, petition the government,
publish and additionally as to all the Judges in this court and brought in this court for, denial of
an impartial tribunal,
Further the ignoring of the Bias, Favoritism of these Judges to protect their friends is obvious to
a lay person denying Due Process as demanded in the Fifth and the Fourteenth Amendment to
the Untied States Constitution.
The appearance is and the facts support the Judges violating the Judicial Cannons in not
1

reporting each others criminal activities. When judges do not report the criminal activities of
other judges become principals in the criminal activity. 18 U.S.C. Section 2, 3 & 4, Which this
is a pattern and practice instead of holding each other accountable judges are helping to cover up
the criminal acts of ignoring the law and ruling in Bias. That there still has been no explanation
or law shown to Petitioner how the Plaintiff can default on their own Complaint.
That the appearance in is the respondents ignored the filing and never responded making it
imperative this court take everything that Petitioner has said as fact and respond in that fashion,
not just denying without any law as to why. That the appearance is the Judges believe they
are above the law. Which they should. They police themselves and unless the FBI gets
involved they turn the other check. Example: Chief Judge Richard Roberts of the USDC of
DC rapes a 16 year old victim he retires with full benefits for the rest of his life the American
public pay him. Chief Justice Cynthia Kinser of the Supreme Court of Virginia lets Michael
Gardner (by all appearance fund raiser for Gov. Terry McAuliffe, Sen Mark Warner, Clintons et
al) out of jail after molesting young girls, found guilty with DNA he then turns around and trys
to hire a hit man to kill the girls. These are just 2 recent examples where it took the FBI to get
involved yet both Judges were allowed to retire and collect full benefits. The Judiciary is no
different than the mafia. I am the x-wife of the son of a Judge and I have personally seen the
trading of verdicts and what an Order will state, for dinners, lunches and weekend getaways.
Further that Janice / Petitioner would never had gone to jail illegally if Chief Judge Merrick
Garland had done his job. His signature is on two Orders dated September 12, 2014 and then
October 20, 2014. That if he had done his job and held accountable the judges, most likely
2

Janice Petitioner would not have been illegally jailed on October 22, 2014 held in Solitaire
Confinement till 5 pm on Election day, tortured through out the 22 days to emotionally destroy
Petitioner.
That if this court does not hold these Judges accountable, they then become involved in the cover
up of denying Due Process which these judges have been chosen to do.
CONCLUSION
This court should take into consideration all documents filed in the USDC of the District of
Columbia, the USDC of the Eastern Division (Alexandria) of Virginia & the Fourth Circuit of
the Appeals Court. That it is obvious to even a lay person the Petitioners First and Fifth
Amendments to the United States Constitution as authorized in Bivens v. Six Unknown Names
Agents of Federal Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971) for the chilling of Sibleys First and
Fifth Amendment rights to access court, petition the government, as to Defendants denial of an
impartial Tribunal.
