Details: Facility Status Monitoring System is developed to Report the Maintenance status of the
Safety Critical Element in the form of Traffic Lights, by downloading the Work Orders i.e. both
Preventive and Corrective created in SAP. It also facilitates the deviation management i.e. used to
extend the Latest Allowed Finished Date of the Work order in SAP system.
The reporting is done for a complete organization unit inters of the Plants created in SAP.
Additional feature in FSM is Asset Trending which gives the trending report on the maintenance
carried out on the asset for up to 3 years.
Responsibilities:
Involved in understanding the Asset Hierarchy and maintenance of the assets in PETRONAS
Malaysia implementation in SAP
Handled Lead architect role in dealing with clients , Project Manager IT Team &SAP Team
Gathered all the business requirements from the client and documented
Designed the Work Flow for the deviation management used for extension of Work Order in SAP

flow assets including supporting infrastructures are operated and maintained in a manner that
safeguards their integrity and have a robust monitoring network that guarantees planned activities are
sustained throughout the equipment life-cycle.
It provides Traffic light based reporting for the status of the asset, with the provision for deviation
management in the maintenance of the asset with a defined work flow.
Integration with SAP to report the status of the Maintenance Work Order / notifications and extend the
Work Order dates.
Responsibilities:
Analysed the PM Implementation in SAP
Created Master data in SAP PM Module for TIMS Testing
Created the Test cases for SAP integration process

Documented the user requirements, process flow by attending the business requirement
workshops onsite
Worked on performing business process mapping .Acted as the lead in business process
mapping, tools support and web design
Currently working on the Release2 of the application.
