Admission on Local Transfer on the basis of KV TC for the year 2015-16.

With reference to the subject cited above, this to inform you that permission for local
transfer will be granted by this office on merit basis. I am to enclose herewith the Local
Transfer Format with a request to upload the same in the Vidyalaya Website on 31st March,
2015 so as to enable the parents desiring for local transfer to get it easily. The parents will
submit three copies of applications along with supporting documents to the KV where the
child is studying. You can also display the said instruction at the entrance of your KV as well
as in the Notice Board.
After filling up all the points, Principal (where the child is studying) will send two
copies along with all documents to the concerned Principal (where student wants to get
transfer).
Principal of the Vidyalaya, where local transfer is sought, will forward one copy along
with all supporting documents to KVS RO with his remarks i.e. recommended/not
recommended or any other remarks. Application should not be sent through the Parent.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
