GROWSE LINING'" is perlormed by placing thermoplastic resin

powder of a high fluidity in a hollow mold cabity(hollow vessels,
split molds, etc,) to be lined and by heating the substrate, while
rotating the mold around a spinning axis and a revolution axis.
By so doing, a uniform lining layer of melt resin is formed over
the inner surlace of the substrates.
