Led the entire IT Team for North America. Managed diverse business application development,
infrastructure and support teams across multiple locations, including all recruiting, staffing, role definition,
goal setting and performance management. Defined, maintained and enhanced relevant IT service levels
and metrics. Managed total IT budget (over $12 million) for US. and Canada with oversight of Mexican
IT budget and projects. Staff 20-30 full time plus outsourced development and support organizations.

maintained and supported IT strategic and operational plans across all IT functions.
Aligned all IT deliverables with business strategy and operating models. Facilitated effective and
proactive business engagement through strategic planning, requirements definition, analysis, application

Mergers

Vendor

Management. Developed and maintained all IT and Telecommunications vendor contracts and

Management. Wrote RFP's for best of breed solutions for BI (TM1), Communications and

Recovery and High Availability. Designed and implemented DR and HA solution to recover
IT services within 2 hours. Migrated 1,000 users from on-premise email to the Cloud. Improved
