Accidents do.

and regulations within the different arena’s where we operate and ensure the

• We carry out our operations in a manner which will ensure the health, safety and
security of all our employees and the public at large.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
The The Specialist For trading Contracting and Engineering services Board of
Directors are committed to a “Policy” of providing it’s clients with an “Total Quality
Management Service”. To this end the Company has adopted a “Quality System” in
accordance with “ISO-9001” and CDM Regulations.
As a Company we realise the need for not only a Quality Operating System but for a
Qualityy Control mentalityy through
g all levels of the business. Quality
y training
g is essential,,
from design, through Procurement and Construction, through to final Commissioning
and Handover.
All personnel employed by the company are inducted in the Companies Quality Policy
and we aim to ensure that all assigned personnel give the highest levels of Quality
Assurance within their works.
Quality Audits measure the Companies Quality Standards and the results of these
audits are used as a tool for future training.
The Specialist For trading Contracting and Engineering services consider planning as a
integral part of any project. The planning stage prior to commencement of the works is
critical in the transition from design to procurement, from procurement to Construction,
and finally through to Commissioning and final close out.
We take an extreme interest in the overall project programme to identify the needs for
critical systems to be brought on line as early as possible within the construction cycle.
By doing this we can make sure that the ‘live’ status of early utility systems will benefit
progressive system handover and commissioning of the remaining systems.
We ensure that the planning programme remains a ‘live’ tool throughout the project
lifetime where we offer assistance with progress input and automatically run metric
lifetime,
calculations that can be measured against the ‘timeline’ to identify where differentials in
the schedule could impact on the overall time frame for completion.
Individual priority systems are segregated from the overall programme schedule and
tracked independently as ‘milestone’ line items in order to assure dependency for
follow on systems.
The completion of all systems are reliant on the best information available for smooth
transition through to completion
