Chapter 1)
ISIL Pakistani operative admits to
getting funding through US

An ISIL Pakistani militant has confessed to getting

funds via the United States, says a report by a leading
Pakistani newspaper.

The ISIL operative, identified as Yousaf al-Salafi, told

Pakistans law enforcement agencies that he received
funding through the US, the Express Tribune reported
on Wednesday. Salafi was taken into custody in
December 2014, according to the paper, although
other reports said he was arrested on January 22.
During investigations, Yousaf al Salafi revealed that
he was getting funding routed through America to
run the organization in Pakistan and recruit young
people to fight in Syria, a source close to the
investigations made the announcement.

The operative also admitted to receiving $600 for each

person he managed to recruit and send to war-torn
Syria.
The US has been condemning the IS activities but
unfortunately has not been able to stop funding of
these organizations, which is being routed through the
US, a source claimed, using an alternative name for
ISIL.
The source also said the issue had been revealed to US
Secretary of State John Kerry as well as Commander of
the US Central Command General Lloyd Austin during
his visit to the capital Islamabad earlier this month.

The ISIL terrorists have been engaged in crimes

against humanity in the areas under their in Iraq and
Syria. They have terrorized and killed people of all
communities, including Shias, Sunnis, Kurds, and
Christians.

ISIS Leader Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi
Trained by Israeli Mossad, NSA
Documents Reveal

The former employee at US National Security Agency

(NSA), Edward Snowden, has revealed that the British
and American intelligence and the Mossad worked
together to create the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria
(ISIS).
Snowden said intelligence services of three countries
created a terrorist organisation that is able to attract
all extremists of the world to one place, using a
strategy called the hornets nest.

NSA documents refer to recent implementation of the

hornets nest to protect the Zionist entity by creating
religious and Islamic slogans.

According to documents released by Snowden, The

only solution for the protection of the Jewish state is
to create an enemy near its borders.

Leaks revealed that ISIS leader and cleric Abu Bakr Al

Baghdadi took intensive military training for a whole
year in the hands of Mossad, besides courses in
theology and the art of speech.

Chapter 3)
CIA Fabricates ISIL Intelligence
Press TV has conducted an interview with Gordon
Duff, a senior editor of Veterans Today, inOhio
about the CIA announcing that there are 20,000 to
31,500 militants in Iraq and where this number
comes from.
The following is an approximate transcript of the
interview.

Press TV: Can you tell us what you think about the
new revelations of the ISIL militants, their
advancements and what the US plans on doing about
the ISIL insurgency?

Duff: The idea that people are taking anything the CIA
seriously is questionable.
Theyve never told the truth before, why would they
want to do it now?

There are self-serving reasons for making up a number

like this.
From a military standpoint where there are 30,000
troops within this region, a region that could easily be
cut off; a region that could receive no supplies; no
reinforcements, thats a virtual prison camp...

There is a lot of criticism of what people believe the US

military can and cant do.
On a limited basis were there a 30,000-man army
there the US air force could probably destroy it in
about 2 weeks.

From a military standpoint the idea of there being a

multi-divisional sized force of entirely new recruits who
have never trained or operated together supposedly
without a military command structure.
It would be so easy to beat these people it would be
farcical.

There is something wrong about all of this: how they

are being supplied?
Where are they coming from?

The CIA hasnt said who they are are they all from
Iraq?
Are they coming in through Turkey?
Are they from Somalia?

The CIA is just simply making this up and there are

other reasons behind it.
This is a political game here.

The US is taking a strong position politically in really

controlling Iraq.

Here in the US, we have divided Iraq from Kurdistan in

a defacto manner.
And now we plan on bombing in Syria and we say
were going to be supplying Syrian rebels who are
fighting the Syrian army, who is supposedly fighting
ISIS.

What the president has said and what these plans are
and what the CIA says none of it makes any sense at
all.
They are making it all up.

Press TV: So are you saying it is a ploy to secure more

government funding for their operations against ISIL?

And do you think the CIA is depending on local

sources inside the countries for these figures or do you
think they have manpower on the ground to try to
make these estimates?
Duff: I think you dont need any figures at all when
you simply can make it up.

When I say make it up I mean somebody just sat at a

table and made it up.

There is no intelligence here they just gave a number.

They didnt say there were 12,000 Iraqis that joined
last month or that 15,000 men came through Turkey
or travelled through Israel or Jordan or that the
makeup is so many of this or that, or how theyre
supplied Thats intelligence.
Turning out a number?

Someone just wrote a number on a paper; they had a

press release.
They simply made it up, they do it all the time and
theyve been doing it for decades.

No one asked a question about this and there are lots

of questions, Nobody asked anything.

Chapter 4)
America Created Al-Qaeda and the ISIS
Terror Group

Much like Al Qaeda, the Islamic State (ISIS) is madein-the-USA, an instrument of terror designed to divide
and conquer the oil-rich Middle East and to counter
Irans growing influence in the region.
The fact that the United States has a long and torrid
history of backing terrorist groups will surprise only
those who watch the news and ignore history.

The CIA first aligned itself with extremist Islam during

the Cold War era.
Back then, America saw the world in rather simple
terms: on one side, the Soviet Union and Third World
nationalism, which America regarded as a Soviet tool
on the other side, Western nations and militant
political Islam, which America considered an ally in
the struggle against the Soviet Union.
The director of the National Security Agency under
Ronald Reagan, General William Odom recently
remarked, by any measure the U.S. has long used
terrorism.

In 1978-79 the Senate was trying to pass a law against

international terrorism in every version they
produced, the lawyers said the U.S. would be in
violation.
During the 1970s the CIA used the Muslim
Brotherhood in Egypt as a barrier, both to thwart
Soviet expansion and prevent the spread of Marxist
ideology among the Arab masses.

The United States also openly supported Sarekat Islam

against Sukarno in Indonesia, and supported the
Jamaat-e-Islami terror group against Zulfiqar Ali
Bhutto in Pakistan. Last but certainly not least, there
is Al Qaeda.
Lest we forget, the CIA gave birth to Osama Bin Laden
and breastfed his organization during the 1980s.

Former British Foreign Secretary, Robin Cook, told the

House of Commons that Al Qaeda was unquestionably
a product of Western intelligence agencies.

Mr. Cook explained that Al Qaeda, which literally

means an abbreviation of the database in Arabic,
was originally the computer database of the thousands
of Islamist extremists, who were trained by the CIA
and funded by the Saudis, in order to defeat the
Russians in Afghanistan.
Americas relationship with Al Qaeda has always been
a love-hate affair.
Depending on whether a particular Al Qaeda terrorist
group in a given region furthers American interests or
not, the U.S. State Department either funds or
aggressively targets that terrorist group.

Even as American foreign policy makers claim to

oppose Muslim extremism, they knowingly foment it as
a weapon of foreign policy.
The Islamic State is its latest weapon that, much like
Al Qaeda, is certainly backfiring.

ISIS recently rose to international prominence after its

thugs began beheading American journalists.

Now the terrorist group controls an area the size of the

United Kingdom.

In order to understand why the Islamic State has

grown and flourished so quickly, one has to take a
look at the organizations American-backed roots.

The 2003 American invasion and occupation of Iraq

created the pre-conditions for radical Sunni groups,
like ISIS, to take root.

America, rather unwisely, destroyed Saddam Husseins

secular state machinery and replaced it with a
predominantly Shiite administration.
The U.S. occupation caused vast unemployment in
Sunni areas, by rejecting socialism and closing down
factories in the naive hope that the magical hand of
the free market would create jobs.
Under the new U.S.-backed Shiite regime, working
class Sunnis lost hundreds of thousands of jobs.

Unlike the white Afrikaners in South Africa, who were

allowed to keep their wealth after regime change,
upper class Sunnis were systematically dispossessed
of their assets and lost their political influence.

Rather than promoting religious integration and unity,

American policy in Iraq exacerbated sectarian divisions
and created a fertile breading ground for Sunni
discontent, from which Al Qaeda in Iraq took root.
The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) used to have
a different name Al Qaeda in Iraq.
After 2010 the group rebranded and refocused its
efforts on Syria.

There are essentially three wars being waged in Syria

one between the government and the rebels, another
between Iran and Saudi Arabia, and yet another
between America and Russia.

It is this third, neo-Cold War battle that made U.S.

foreign policy makers decide to take the risk of arming
Islamist rebels in Syria, because Syrian President,
Bashar al-Assad, is a key Russian ally.
Rather embarrassingly, many of these Syrian rebels
have now turned out to be ISIS thugs, who are openly
brandishing American-made M16 Assault rifles.
Americas Middle East policy revolves around oil and
Israel.

The invasion of Iraq has partially satisfied

Washingtons thirst for oil, but ongoing air strikes in
Syria and economic sanctions on Iran have everything
to do with Israel.

The goal is to deprive Israels neighboring enemies,

Lebanons Hezbollah and Palestines Hamas, of crucial
Syrian and Iranian support.
ISIS is not merely an instrument of terror used by
America to topple the Syrian government; it is also
used to put pressure on Iran.
The last time Iran invaded another nation was in
1738.

Since independence in 1776, the U.S. has been

engaged in over 53 military invasions and expeditions.
Despite what the Western medias war cries would
have you believe, Iran is clearly not the threat to
regional security, Washington is.

An Intelligence Report published in 2012, endorsed by

all sixteen U.S. intelligence agencies, confirms that
Iran ended its nuclear weapons program in 2003.

Truth is, any Iranian nuclear ambition, real or

imagined, is as a result of American hostility towards
Iran, and not the other way around.
America is using ISIS in three ways: to attack its
enemies in the Middle East, to serve as a pretext for
U.S. military intervention abroad, and at home to
foment a manufactured domestic threat, used to
justify the unprecedented expansion of invasive
domestic surveillance.

By rapidly increasing both government secrecy and

surveillance, Mr. Obamas government is increasing its
power to watch its citizens, while diminishing its
citizens power to watch their government.
Terrorism is an excuse to justify mass surveillance, in
preparation for mass revolt.

The so-called War on Terror should be seen for what

it really is a pretext for maintaining a dangerously
oversized U.S. military.

The two most powerful groups in the U.S. foreign

policy establishment are the Israel lobby, which directs
U.S. Middle East policy, and the Military-IndustrialComplex, which profits from the former groups
actions.
Since George W. Bush declared the War on Terror in
October 2001, it has cost the American taxpayer
approximately 6.6 trillion dollars and thousands of
fallen sons and daughters but, the wars have also
raked in billions of dollars for Washingtons military
elite.

In fact, more than seventy American companies and

individuals have won up to $27 billion in contracts for
work in postwar Iraq and Afghanistan over the last
three years, according to a recent study by the Center
for Public Integrity.

According to the study, nearly 75 per cent of these

private companies had employees or board members,
who either served in, or had close ties to, the executive
branch of the Republican and Democratic
administrations, members of Congress, or the highest
levels of the military.
In 1997, a U.S. Department of Defense report stated,
the data show a strong correlation between U.S.
involvement abroad and an increase in terrorist
attacks against the U.S.

Truth is, the only way America can win the War On
Terror is if it stops giving terrorists the motivation and
the resources to attack America.
Terrorism is the symptom; American imperialism in
the Middle East is the cancer.

Put simply, the War on Terror is terrorism; only, it is

conducted on a much larger scale by people with jets
and missiles.

Chapter 5)

Gen. McInerney We Helped Build ISIS

Weapons from Benghazi ended up in the hands of
Islamic State radicals

During an appearance on Fox News, General Thomas

McInerney acknowledged that the United States
helped build ISIS as a result of the group obtaining
weapons from the Benghazi consulate in Libya which
was attacked by jihadists in September 2012.

Asked what he thought of the idea of arming so-called

moderate Syrian rebels after FSA militants
kidnapped UN peacekeepers in the Golan Heights,
McInerney said the policy had been a failure.

We backed I believe in some cases, some of the wrong

people and not in the right part of the Free Syrian
Army and thats a little confusing to people, so Ive
always maintained.that we were backing the wrong
types.

McInerney then made reference to a Bret Baier Fox

News special set to air on Friday which will, show
some of those weapons from Benghazi ended up in the
hands of ISIS so we helped build ISIS, said
In May last year, Senator Rand Paul was one of the
first to speculate that the truth behind Benghazi was
linked to an illicit arms smuggling program that saw
weapons being trafficked to terrorists in Syria as part
of the United States proxy war against the Assad
regime.

Ive actually always suspected that, although I have

no evidence, that maybe we were facilitating arms
leaving Libya going through Turkey into Syria, Paul
told CNN, adding that he never.quite understood
the cover-up if it was intentional or incompetence.

At the same time it emerged that the U.S. State

Department had hired an Al-Qaeda offshoot
organization, the February 17th Martyrs Brigade, to
defend the Benghazi Mission months before the
attack.

Senator Paul was vindicated less than three months

later when it emerged that the CIA had been
subjecting its operatives to monthly polygraph tests in
an effort to keep a lid on details of the arms smuggling
operation being leaked.
CNN subsequently reported that dozens of CIA agents
were on the ground in Benghazi during the attack and
that the polygraph tests were mandated in order to
prevent operatives from talking to Congress or the
media about a program that revolved around secretly
helping to move surface-to-air missiles out of Libya.
Through Turkey, and into the hands of Syrian rebels.
Key Syrian rebel leaders later defected to join ISIS.
In addition to ISIS obtaining weapons from Benghazi,
many members of the group were also trained by the
United States at a secret base in Jordan in 2012.

Aaron Klein was told by Jordanian officials that,

dozens of future ISIS members were trained at the
time as part of covert aid to the insurgents targeting
the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in
Syria.
As we have previously documented, many of the
United States biggest allies in the region, including
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Turkey and Qatar, have all
bankrolled and armed ISIS militants.

Is IS a CIA-Mossad Creation?

According to Joel C. Rosenbburg: most of the top

Jordanian officials I spoke with recently warned of an
explosion of Radical Islamic extremism and foreign
jihadist fighters coming out of Syria that could
threaten other nations in the region.

Were they secretly instructed by U.S. trainers and are

they now in Iraq?

The leader of the radical Islamic State (IS), Abu Bakr

al-Baghdadi, has been reputed to be a Mossad-trained
operative whose real name is Elliot Shimon, the son of
Jewish parents.

This information is said to have originated from 1.7

million pages of top-secret documents recently
released by National Security Agency whistleblower
Edward Snowden and made public by Iranian
intelligence.
Arabic Internet radio website Ajyal.com and the
Arabic news website Egy-press were also early
sources before the news went viral.

Although it cannot be conclusively verified at this

point, evidence points in that direction.

IS remains an enigma, as it seems to change names

every week.

First proclaimed the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, it

soon became the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant,
then became simply Islamic State and finally the
Islamic Caliphate with the stated goal of conquering
half the world in five years from India to Portugal.
The official story about al-Baghdadi is that he was
born near Samara, Iraq, in 1971.

He is reputed to have earned a masters degree and a

Ph.D. in Islamic studies from the university of
Baghdad and was a cleric at a major mosque in
Samara during the U.S. led invasion of Iraq in 2003.

He was given the title of Emir Daash and went by the

the Syrian and Iraqi border, according to Jordanian
officials.

Some evidence suggests that al-Baghdadi may have

been mind-controlled while held prisoner by the U.S.
military in Iraq.

Nabil Naeem, the founder of the Islamic Democratic

Jihad Party and former top al-Qaeda commander has
said that all current al-Qaeda affiliates, including ISIS,
work for the CIA.

McCain was instrumental in supporting terrorist

forces fighting the Syrian government.

The Snowden documents supposedly reveal that

British, American and Israeli intelligence worked
together to create IS, a terrorist organization capable
of centralizing all extremist actions across the world,
using a strategy called Hornets Nest designed to
protect Israel.

According to the documents, The only solution for the

protection of the Jewish state is to create an enemy
near its borders.
After gathering the most fanatical terrorists in the
world in one place, a veritable army of real terror was
formed and filled with bloodthirsty murderers, who
film their atrocities and post them to the Internet.

On August 19 IS posted a video that apparently

shows an IS fighter beheading the American
photojournalist James Wright Foley, in a message to
the U.S. to end its intervention in Iraq.
IS is intended to be a provocative agent, which gives
the West the justification to enter countries that are
considered a threat to Israel in order to destroy them.

This would then give Israel the opening it needs to

take over a large swath of the Middle East and
establish the Zionist dream of Greater Israel from the
Nile to the Euphrates.

Chapter 7)

ISIL Completely Fabricated Enemy by US

Former CIA Contractor
Former CIA contractor Steven Kelley says that the ISIL
terrorist group is a completely fabricated enemy
created and funded by the United States.
This is a completely fabricated enemy, he said in a
phone interview with Press TV from Anaheim,
California on Thursday.

The funding is completely from the United States and

its allies and for people to think that this enemy is
something that needs to be attacked in Syria or Iraq is
a farce because obviously this is something that we
create it, we control and only now it has become
inconvenient for us to attack this group as a legitimate
enemy, Kelley added.
He made the remarks as US President Barack Obama
is under pressure to seek congressional approval
before expanding Washingtons military air campaign
against ISIL targets from Iraq into neighboring Syria.

The Pentagon has already launched at least 100

airstrikes on ISIL positions in northern Iraq since
Obama authorized the use of force against the terrorist
group earlier this month.
The White House insists it does not need explicit
congressional authorization for those operations
because they are intended to protect American
personnel and interests inside the Arab country.

White House press secretary Josh Earnest said

Monday that Obama will not hesitate to use his
authority to keep Americans safe, but added that the
president was committed to coordinating and
consulting with Congress on a decision to hit ISIL
targets in Syria.
If you want to get to the root of the problem and
remove this organization, the first thing they need to
do is to remove the funding and take care of entities
responsible for the creation of this group, Kelley said.

I believe that this ISIS group would probably go away,

would be easily defeated by the armies of [Syrian
President] Bashar Assad, he said.
100s of US troops, CIA agents helping ISIL in Syria,
Iraq an American political commentator says there are
hundreds of US troops or CIA agents with the ISIL in
Iraq and Syria to help the terrorist group.

Don DeBar, an anti-war activist and radio host in New

York, made the remarks in a phone interview with
Press TV on Wednesday while commenting on a recent
report which says there are as many as 300 American
nationals fighting alongside ISIL members.

Senior US officials have told The Washington Times

that the US government is currently tracking and
gathering intelligence on American militants who could
return to the homeland and commit terrorist attacks
with skills obtained abroad.
DeBar said the ISIL group is a construct of the US
military intelligence.

This is a terrorist cell that was organized by the US in

order to destabilize Syria and perhaps other countries
they even made a threat against Saudi Arabia
whether thats just to make them look like they are on
a particular ideological plane, or if its an actual threat,
its a proxy threat from the US to Saudi Arabia.
My belief is that there are Americans that are a part
of ISIL/ISIS with the knowledge of the US government
and an assignment by the US government, he added.

DeBar stated that there are perhaps 300 Americans

fighting with ISIL and then hundreds more US
regulars, with CIA or whatever military formation they
have, under the direction of US intelligence, that are a
part of this.
It doesnt require that they are American nationals, of
course, just that their paycheck is signed in
Washington or Langley.

If you look at the outcomes of every action that this

group has taken, they facilitate actions that the United
States has wanted to take, has declared that it wanted
to take a number of times, or has taken when it could,
but it cant get the authority from the [UN] Security
Council to approve because they violate the integrity
and sovereignty of either Iraq and/or Syria, and also
would enable actions that violate a resolution that just
passed the House of Representatives massively, last
week or the week before, that attempt to constrains, at
least on paper, the president from making anymore
wars without specific authority from Congress, he
noted.
So, its no surprise for me that there are Americans in
their units.

There would be a surprise to me if they were all dupes

and unemployed kids, who got duped, sucked into
fight over there with a bunch of the crazies.
It wouldnt surprise me if you had good portion of
units, including command and control, that would
direct employees of the Pentagon and/or Langley,
DeBar concluded.

ISIL controls large parts of Syria's northern territory.

The group sent its fighters into neighboring Iraq in
June, quickly seizing large swaths of land straddling
the border between the two countries.
The US military has begun planning for airstrikes
against ISIL targets in Syria after last weeks
beheading of American journalist James Foley.

The US has launched a limited air campaign against

the terrorist group in Iraq since August 8.

Chapter 8)

ISIL is West Plot to Create Greater Israel

The ISIL terrorist group is an operation by the West to
create the greater Israel, American author James
Henry Fetzer in Oregon says.
Fetzer said public statements from senior US officials
about the scope of the threat posed by the group are
completely contradictory.

The situation with regard to ISIS from the point of

view of leading military and intelligence officials in the
United States has become completely contradictory,
he said.

The Veterans Today editor made the remarks in a

phone interview with Press TV on Monday after he was
asked about General Martin Dempseys recent
statement that he would not recommend US airstrikes
against the terrorist group within Syria after having
raised the specter of such military action.
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, speaking
onboard a military plane en route to Afghanistan on
Sunday, said ISIL was not currently plotting attacks
against the United States or Europe.

Dempsey added that he would not recommend

expanding military action against ISIL from Iraq into
Syria until he determines that the terrorist group has
become a direct threat to the US homeland.

The top US general said the extremist group is more of

a regional threat despite its repeated threats against
Western interests.
Just last week, Dempsey had warned that the groups
threat needed to be addressed in both Iraq and Syria.

Morris agreed with White House Deputy National

Security Advisor Ben Rhodes that the beheading of
American journalist James Foley by ISIL militants was
a terrorist attack against the United States.
Rhodes was asked on Thursday by a reporter if he
agreed with former CIA deputy director Mike Morell
who had said "this is ISIS' first terrorist attack against
the United States."

"Well, absolutely," Rhodes said. "When you see

somebody killed in such a horrific way, that represents
a terrorist attack against our country and against an
American citizen."
A grisly video posted online Tuesday and later
confirmed as "authentic" by the White House shows an
ISIL militant executing Foley in retaliation for US
airstrikes in Iraq.
ISIL, which controls parts of Syria, sent its fighters
into neighboring Iraq in June and quickly seized large
swaths of territory straddling the border between the
two countries.

also known as ISIL, was created by the United States,

an interview with Press TV on Thursday.
There needs to be a set of congressional hearings

actually expose how this ISIS organization was
created, who provided the funding, who provided the
logistics, and why it is that this organization entered
Syria and later Iraq principally to the auspices of two
American allies; Turkey, a NATO member, and

Dankof characterized ISIL as a foreign mercenary

army that has been deliberately introduced into
Syria" by the United States and its allies for the
nefarious purpose of regime change in Syria and as
a prelude to a military attack on Iran which is what
Israel has wanted all along.
US President Barack Obama is considering expanding
the military air campaign against ISIL targets from
Iraq into neighboring Syria.
Dankof said that Obama is using the terrorist group
to justify military actions in Syria which are as much
aimed at President Assad of Syria ultimately as they
are at ISIS.
This is a classic case of creating a problem and then
offering a solution, he said.

Starting a war without congressional authorization is a

violation of Article I of the US Constitution, Dankof
pointed out. The fact of the matter is Barack Obama
knows that he can get away with this.

congressional authorization for military operations
against ISIL positions in Iraq or Syria because they are
intended to protect American interests.
On Tuesday, the United States began surveillance

over Syria which could pave the way for expanded
military action against ISIL terrorists there.

ISIS Trained by US Government

In a surprising development, it appears that the group

known as ISIS (The Islamic State of Syria and Iraq)
may have actually been trained by the United States
government.

According to a report published in Reuters, the Syrian

rebel group was trained in Jordan over the last two
years by US government officials and military experts.
If this is true, it would shed a very interesting light on
what is the actual agenda of the United States
government in a country where they profess to be
seeking stability.

According to the article, it was not known whether

those doing the training were direct members of the
US government or if they worked for a private firm, but
the main focus of the training was on anti-tank
weaponry.
The report continues to point out that 200 men were
trained at the facility and that over 1200 will be added
in a plan to prepare to free Syria from the rule of
President Bashar Al-Assad.

Besides the American trainers, it is reported that

French and British advisors were present as well to aid
in the training.
According to Jordanian intelligence sources, it is
reported that the program is designed to create 10,000
fighters who will exclusively be a part of the ISIS
group.
ISIS is now responsible for the unrest occurring in
Northern Iraq, and it would be quite ironic if the
United States was actually responsible for the training
that is now being used to destabilize the Iraqi nation.
The plan appears to have been designed to train
10,000 moderates of Islam in the hope that they
would follow American interests in the region.

Arizona Senator John McCain even paid a visit to the

group during training to show his support for the
group, and to demonstrate the support of the US
government for their cause.

McCain was photographed with General Salim Idris,

who was later expelled from the group because he was
seen as too moderate for them.

The new leader of the group is General Ibrahim alDouri, who was the Vice-President of the Revolutionary
Council under former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.
He was supposed to be the successor to Hussein, and
looks like this goal may still be reached.

Al-Douri has been on the US most wanted list since

just shortly after the second Gulf War began, but
many inside the United States government thought he
was dead.
This is clearly not the case.

Most disturbing is that he seems to have a huge war

chest at his disposal, which has come from US allies,
including Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

These are all Sunni based countries which support the

ISIS group.
Many are questioning why these nations would
support this group, and it appears that they are acting
this way out of frustration for President Barak
Obamas failure to oust Al-Assad.
These nations had expected Obama to take action
already and since he has not, they have decided to
take actions of their own.

Whatever the overall agenda of these nations, the US

government seems to be behind the training of ISIS
and visits by Senator John McCain seem to support
this conclusion.

The agenda may have been to destabilize Syria, but it

looks like the group is doing this in Iraq.

U.S. Trained ISIS Forces At Secret

Jordan Base

The US trained members of the Islamic State of Iraq

and the Levant, or ISIS, in 2012 at a secret base in
Jordan.

Jordanian officials state that the training was to aid

insurgents fighting Syrian President Bashar al-Assads
regime and wasnt intended for current campaign in
Iraq.

providing arms to terrorists that turn around and

received U.S. training to fight in Syria were first vetted
for any links to extremist groups like al-Qaida.

In February 2012, WND was first to report the U.S.,

Turkey and Jordan were running a training base for
the Syrian rebels in the Jordanian town of Safawi in
the countrys northern desert region.

other media accounts.
Last March, the German weekly Der Spiegel reported
Americans were training Syrian rebels in Jordan.

Quoting what it said were training participants and

organizers, Der Spiegel reported it was not clear
whether the Americans worked for private firms or
were with the U.S. Army, but the magazine said some
organizers wore uniforms.
The training in Jordan reportedly focused on use of
anti-tank weaponry.

The German magazine reported some 200 men

received the training over the previous three months
amid U.S. plans to train a total of 1,200 members of
the Free Syrian Army in two camps in the south and
the east of Jordan.

Britains Guardian newspaper also reported last March

that U.S. trainers were aiding Syrian rebels in Jordan
along with British and French instructors.

Reuters reported a spokesman for the U.S. Defense

Department declined immediate comment on the
German magazines report.

The French foreign ministry and Britains foreign and

defense ministries also would not comment to Reuters.
The Jordanian officials spoke to WND amid concern
the sectarian violence in Iraq will spill over into their
own country as well as into Syria.

ISIS previously posted a video on YouTube threatening

to move on Jordan and slaughter King Abdullah,
whom they view as an enemy of Islam.

Earlier this week, Aaron Klein, reporting for

WorldNetDaily, revealed that members of ISIS fighting
against the al-Assad government in Syria were trained
by U.S. military instructors in Jordan.
According to Jordanian officials, the trainees were
first vetted for any links to extremist groups like alQaida.

ISIS emerged from the ranks of al-Qaeda in Iraq and is

considered more militant and extremist than al-Qaeda.
Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, it was
reported and subsequently relegated to the memory
hole that a number of the purported hijackers were
trained in strategy and tactics at the Naval Air
Station in Pensacola, Florida, and the Air War College
in Montgomery, Alabama, according to Newsweek.

The CIA has a long history of hands-on experience

with terrorists who have allegedly attacked the United

Ramzi Yousef, the supposed mastermind of the 1993

Ali Mohamed, a major in the Egyptian army recruited

by the CIA, trained most of al-Qaedas top leadership
including bin Laden and [Ayman] al-Zawahiri and
most of al-Qaedas top trainers. Mohamed taught

kidnapping, codes, ciphers and other intelligence
techniques, U.S. prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald told the
9/11 Commission in 2004. For five years he was
moving back and forth between the US and
Afghanistan.
Its impossible the CIA thought he was going there as
a tourist. If the CIA hadnt caught on to him, it should
be dissolved and its budget used for something
worthwhile, Nabil Sharef, a university professor and
former Egyptian intelligence officer, told The Wall
Street Journal in November, 2001.
Returning members of ISIS, now hyped as the next
wave of domestic terror, are not tourists, either.

If, as predicted by a range of offcials, including Rep.

Peter King and Sen. Lindsey Graham, ISIS attacks
inside America it will be part of a larger plan to expand
and extend the war on terror and put the finishing
touches on the surveillance and police state in

10,000 fighters who will exclusively be a part of the

During the starting year of the ISIS group, key

components of ISIS's support came from wealthy
individuals in the Arab Gulf States of Kuwait, Qatar,
and Saudi Arabia, which are current allies to the
United States of America.

Gulf donors support ISIS, the Syrian branch of Al

Qaeda called the Al Nusrah Front, and other Islamic
groups fighting on the ground in Syria, because they
"feel an obligation" to protect the Sunnis suffering
under the atrocities of the current regime.
Although being 'allies' many of these backers do not
trust or like the American backed moderate
opposition, whom the west has recently refused to
provide significant arms to.

Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki has recently been

publically accusing Saudi Arabia and Qatar of funding
the IS in the past many months.

Several reports have detailed how private sector Gulf

funding to various Syrian rebel groups have broadened
the Syrian opposition and ultimately paved the way for
the rise of groups like ISIS and others.

expressed concern about the flow of private financing.
However, Western diplomats' and officials' general
response has been a collective "shrug," reports say.

Iraq Crisis ISIS Terrorists were Trained

by US in 2012 for Syria Conflict

As the American government is contemplating on

whether or not to launch an airstrike on ISIS that is
threatening to destroy Iraq, reports have now surfaced
that way back in 2012, the US Army had trained
members of the same terrorist group in Jordan.

As per several corroborated reports, hundreds of ISIS

militia were indeed trained by US instructors for covert
operations to destabilize Syrian President Bashar alAssad's government, though the training was strictly
for Syria.
ISIS has made an astonishing advance into the
country since last week.

the fighting in key cities including Mosul and Baquba.
Reports also state that ISIS terrorists have beheaded

located 250 kilometers (155 miles) north of Baghdad.

US, with the help of Turkey and Jordan, was running
a training base for Syrian rebels in the Jordan.
German weekly Der Spiegel also confirmed in 2013
that the US was still training Syrian rebels in Jordan.

The report noted that the organizers of the training

wore US Marine uniforms, and the training focused on
the use of anti-tank weaponry.
The ISIS terrorists, who now hold almost the entire
north of Iraq, have quite effectively neutralized most
Iraqi tank battalions put against the invading forces.

The German magazine had also reported that the US

would be training a total of 1,200 members of the Free

The Guardian had also reported back in March 2013

that US trainers were aiding Syrian rebels in Jordan,
along with British and French instructors.

ISIS, also known as ISIL, has let loose a reign of terror

both in Syria and Iraq. The group has been denounced
even by Al-Qaeda for its brutality and violence.
A USA-ISIS tie-up is plausible, considering the fact
how the CIA was responsible for the strengthening of
Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan.
