crops and superflous vegetation, ramove all
fallen tree trunks, tree stumps, etc. cut down
existing trees, irrespective growth and girth,
grub up roots, break up any hardstandings,
etc. and all related works and structures and
remove all debris from site, all carried out to
the satisfaction of the Architect (Area
approximately 5500m2 measured flat on
plan)
