Functional description

GG generates the energy required for


driving the power turbine
z Compression

injection
z gas collector ducts the waste gases

Rotor design

Teflon segments are screwed to


the tips of the stator blades of
stages 000, 00, 0, 1 and 2.
z labyrinth strips at the rotor
discs of the compressor rotor
penetrate the Teflon in the
first operating hours.
z This kind of sealing keeps
the clearances and thus the
performance and/or
efficiency losses low.
