To assist Project Engineer ,Works Dept. and sub-contractors on all testing

requirements of products as per PIP (Project inspection Plan) and also to meet
companies objective .
To prepare and conduct testing including witnessing/inspection of various testing
activities and requirement of each product at various stages of production.
Monitor/ Review /Witness of activities like Pre heat, PWHT, Hardness, Ferrite Testing
and PMI.
Review and Approval of Pressure Test Packages And Carried Out MPI / Dye Penetrant
Witness and Approval of Proof tests like Hydro test (Strength & leak tightness) and
Pneumatic test.
To maintain the data base for pipe welds, welders, NDT and NDT operators
To check and review approve procedure available for contraction such as WPQR,
WPS, NDE procedure, PWHT procedure, Hydrostatic test procedure, Calibration
certificate, contraction drawing and consumable batch certificate.
To check Joint identification, Root gap, Root face, included bevel, Miss Alignment,
Direction, Orientation, and Dimension. And realise to welding activity.
To prepare weld summary, Traceability report, fit up report, Visual report, NDE
report, Hydrostatic test report, PWHT report, Calibration certificate. Complete of final
document and realize for painting and blasting.
To carry out with line work with latest revision drawing, Punch list, Reinstatement,
Witness Bolt tensioning as per bolt tensioning procedure and proceed to system
leak test. Complete of leak test collect all data and result and submit to higher
authority.
To check joint identification, Welder identification, weld defect such as hi
reinforcement, Cold lap, Under cut, Gas pore, Burn trough, Un event weldment,
Incomplete grove, Spatter and Mechanical damage. Final Dimension, Alignment to
check and request for NDE requirement.
Surveillance check of welding Parameters.
Attending Weekly client meetings.
