Identify and name the colour purple. Understand the concept of mixing colours
to create a new one.

Pre-A: students discuss the pictures that are projected on the board
and decided which is the topic. Then T shows how day and night work
using a balloon and a lantern.

A: Students create a mobile using a plastic plate and yarn. Ss draw in


one side of the plate night and in the other side day using their
creativity and different colours.

Post-A: Students present their day and night mobile to their groups.

Pre Math

PA: T makes an experiment using baking soda and vinegar so students


discover the colour.

A: Ss make purple using play dough (purple and red)

PA: T gives students a grape and they need to tell the name of an
object that its purple. (grapes, blouses,)

sound of Ee and asks ss if they know more words that have short e

A: T makes groups of 4 and gives a poster with a hen drawn on it, and
students have to write on the eggs different words that have short e
sound.

Reviewing day and night

T divides the class in two groups and gives each group a


poster with a house and some trees on it. Ss colour and
decorate each poster with the topic the t says, it could
be day or night and then they present it to their
classmates.
