Sub:Terms & Conditions for Prestige Smart Kitchen Outlets - South

We are pleased to know about your interest in the Prestige Smart Kitchen outlet.
We currently have 561 outlets operational across 294 towns and cities in India. We intend to
expand our chain of exclusive outlets all over the country .
We are looking for the following:600 1000 sq. ft. in a prime location.
Business model is a Franchisee model.
Franchisee invests in the space and the cost of doing up the interiors (roughly Rs.4-6 lakhs).
Franchisee has to do up the flooring, lighting, glazing and ceiling
TTKPL will supply the merchandising units on a chargeable basis.
Franchisee also has to bear the running costs like rent, electricity, salaries, and misc
expenses.
The stock in the showroom will be on Cash & Carry basis around Rs 7.5-15 lakhs.
The Franchisee will pay the company against the bill.
The company will pay the franchisee the following margins on the sales value :1) Pressure Cookers
12%
2) Cookware
- 20%
3) Gas Stoves / Electricals
- 13%
4) Spares
- 20% /30%
In addition there is 4% Advance Payment Discount is available
In addition there is an annual incentive of up to 1.75%.
Franchisee will have to give a deposit for Rs 50,000 on which he will earn bank rate of
interest on deposits+2%.
The franchisee has to pay a non refundable signing up fees of
Rs.1,50,000-Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad
Rs.1,00,000Kochi/Trivandrum/Coimbatore/Madurai/Visakhapatnam/Vijaywada/
Mangalore/ Mysore,
Rs.75,000 for all other cities.
