1. You will work with all sincerity, honesty, loyalty and will not disclose to any unauthorized per at
any time any information, know how knowledge, secrets and methods of the company.
2. That you will be posted/transferred to any office/factory of the company at any time on the
same terms and conditions and salary and perks as already allowed/fixed.
3. That you will be governed by rules and regulations of the company now in force and to be
enforce from time to time.
4. You will be a whole-time employee of the company and therefore, will not undertake directly or
indirectly any other business, job, profession etc., part time or full time, other than of the
company. You will not involve yourself in any person or private business like insurance,
consultancy etc., if found in any.

Such involvement services will be terminated immediately. After taking over charge by authorized
person from H.O.
5. That you will be on probation for a period of three to six months and during this period, your
service can be terminated immediately without assigning any reason. After successful completion
of probation period, your services will be regularized.
6. This appointment is being made on the understanding that the information furnished by you in
your application is correct, true and complete and nothing is concealed there from. If it is found
at any time that the information given by you in your application is not correct, your services can
be terminated. Besides, company can initiate legal action against you, as deemed necessary.
7. After confirmation of services this contract of services can be terminated by either party by
giving three months notice in advance in writing and clearing your charge and outstanding of
depot in writing from H.O.
8. Date of joining 09-03-2010
As a token of your acceptance of above terms & conditions, please sign duplicate copy of this
appointment letter and return to us duly signed.
