1. On April 18, 2016, at around 8:20 PM, while riding his motorcycle along Brgy.
Pantal, Manaog Pangasinan, Roy Fernandez, 25 years old, an X-ray technician,
was involved in an accident. He and his passenger, Kimberly De Castro were
injured after colliding with another motorcycle driven by Joanna Marie Dulay.
Fernandez and Castro were brought to the Saint Camillus Hospital in Manaoag
for treatment of arm and foot injuries. Dulay agreed to pay for the repairs of
the damaged motorcycles and initially gave 3,000 php for the medical
treatment of the two.

2. At about 1 PM on April 21, 2016, along Milo St corner Malapit St. in Barangay
Poblacion, Manaoag Pangasinan, a Toyota Hi-Ace commuter van collided with
a Honda City sedan. The driver of the van, Rodrigo Darang from Cuyapo,
Nueva Ecija was driving west bound along Milo St when the accident
happened. Paul Vasque, driver of the sedan, and from Malate, Manila, was
going north. Both vehicles were damaged but the drivers were unharmed.

A phone call from a concerned citizen reported an alleged illegal drug sale at
Squadron Gasoline at Barangay Sapang, Manaoag, Pangasinan. The police
were dispatched to the scene.Upon arrival, they saw a group of men who
scampered at their sight. Richard Tabayoyong, 25 years old, a construction
worker of Barangay Calaocan, Manaoag, was cornered. After a bodily search,
one piece of aluminum foil containing suspected dried marijuana leaves was
recovered. Tabayoyong was brought to Manaoag Community Hospital for
medical examination, and was subsequently taken into custody for
investigation.

4. A concerned citizen reported a commotion in Brgy Licsi, Manaog, Pangasinan


at around 11 AM of April 13, 2016. Marvin Caspillan, 43, and John Marra, 33,
both welders, allegedly caused the incident. Caspillan pretended to be a local
government employee and suspectedly extorted protection money from stall
owners Henry Fernandez and Jamil Obra. When the two refused to yield to
Caspillans demand, the latter pointed his improvised gun at Fernandez.
When Caspillan saw the police, he quickly passed the gun to Marra who
immediately kept it. When frisked, a 9mm caliber pistol was found in Marras
possession. The suspects were brought to Manaoag Community Hospital for
medical examination and later detained.

5. At about 9:30 AM on April 24,2016, P03 Brenda Maure and P01 Joanna Maria
Biasura of Poblacion Manaog PNP station took into custody Marlyn Uhuad,

43 years old from Santiago Isabela. Uhuad allegedly stole the wallet of
Jonalyn Gallevo, 31 years old and a cake decorator from Victoria Tarlac.
Gallevo identified the suspect. The wallet, containing several items and 540
php, was recovered from the suspect. Uhuad was brought to Manaoag
Community Hospital for physical examination and subsequently detained in
the station.
6. Gemma Aquino came to the Poblacion PNP police station reported a missing
ATM card issued by Veterans Bank, Dagupan City Branch. She believed that
at around 7 PM of April 16, 2016 she might have dropped it elsewhere in Brgy
Poblacion,town of Manaog. Despite all efforts to find the card, it could not be
found.

7. Laurence Tamsac , 38 years old, a teacher from Brgy Pantal, Manaog


Pangasinan, reported a lost wallet containing IDs, an ATM card and the
certificate of registration and official receipt of his motorcyle. At around 6 PM
of April 19, 2016, Tamsac believed the wallet had slipped out of his shorts
while at ADA Prints at Manaoag Public Market.

8. On May 1, 2016, at around 11:30 PM, a Dagupan Bus unit, travelling along
the National Road in Barangay Pao, Manaoag Pangasinan, hit a tricycle. The
bus, with plate number UVM 324, was driven by Danilo Bati. Tricycle driver
Arnold Manaois and his passengers Marian and John Lloyd Arique, both
minors, were injured in the accident and were brought to Manaoag
Community Hospital for medical attention.

9. On May 3, 2016, at around 3:30 PM, a tricycle, with a plate still under
registration, sideswiped a parked jeepney. The tricycle was driven by Samuel
Naba, 33, a resident of San Fabian, Pangasinan while the jeepneys driver was
Salvador Cendana. After sideswiping the jeepney, the tricycle then turned
upside colliding with a Kia Pregio driven by Archemor Montecalbo. Both
vehicles were damaged. The passengers of the tricycle, Aurora Fabia and
Zenaida De Vera, both teachers, were injured and brought to Manaoag
Community Hospital.

10.At about 3:36 PM of May 4, 2016, a vehicular accident involving a Toyota


Fortuner and an Isuzu Elf Mini Dumptruck happened along Milo St., Barangay
Poblacion,Manaoag, Pangasinan. The SUV was driven by Teddy Barameda, 49,
an architect from Quezon City while the truck was driven by Marlon Collado,
35, and a driver from San Fabian Pangasinan. Collado allegedly swerved past

Baramedas vehicle, damaging the SUV. Collado later agreed that he will pay
5,000 php for the repairs of Baramedas car.
