Privileges of the Beach
Driving/ Charter Permit
The Beach Driving Permit entitles the
permit holder to operate a vehicle on
designated limited access beach
areas in Walton County.
The permit is valid between June 1
and May 31 of the issuance year
regardless of purchase date.
Eligible permit holders also qualify to
apply for Beach Launch Permit.
Cost: $105.00
Privileges of the Beach
Launch Permit
The Beach Launch Permit entitles the
permit holder to launch a vessel from
designated limited access beach
areas in Walton County.
The permit is valid between June 1
and May 31 of the issuance year
regardless of purchase date.

Beach Driving Permit Charter Fishing Operations
Eligibility Requirements: Permit Eligibility
