NEW BUSINESS:
ITEM 1:
Report regarding repair of water fountain at Veterans Park. Discussion and
possible action.

New Building Faade and Site Improvement Grant Application review for John
Dunn at 308 SE 1st Street, Carrabelle, Florida. Discussion and possible action.

INOVIA CONSULTING GROUP PROJECTS:


ITEM 1:
Progress of FDOT permitting for Crosswalk Design at Hwy 98 and 4th Street.
Discussion and possible action, if any changes.

ITEM 2:
Report on indication of funding regarding CDBG application in the Commercial
Revitalization category. Review of preliminary conceptual design of storm drainage
improvements, curb and gutter, resurfacing, side streets, storm-water management, and
streetscape improvements along West Ave B and connecting side streets (NW Ave B Project).

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS:
ITEM 1:
Report on progress of storm-water drainage improvements on east side of Marine
Street, between SE Ave B and Hwy 98 (street front of pharmacy, etc.) Include cost estimate from
NFA to complete this part of project, design cost estimate, and project timeline. Discussion and
possible action, if any changes.

ITEM 2:
Follow up report regarding noncompliance of 4-month maintenance contract with
Gulf Coast Landscaping & Supply for landscape installation on Marine St. Discussion and
possible action.

ITEM 3:
Marine Street storm-water retrofit project.
A. Discussion of striping plan conceptual for Marine Street including all striping, parking
layout, placement and number of sharrows, and any other striping issues. Discussion
and possible action.
B. Report on timeline for completion of the Marine Street retrofit project including asphalt
installation of Marine St, striping of Marine St, and any other unfinished projects
included with main project. Discussion and possible action if any changes.

Report on progress of Land & Water Conservation grant application.

CRA Budget reallocations recommended by CRA Board Members at April 19,
2016 Budget Workshop. Discussion and possible action.

Report from Rob Powis regarding Webcam location(s) and cost. Discussion and
