INFORMATION
The undersigned City Prosecutor accuses MARLOUVHONG
NAVARROO, a resident of 1234 Pinipig St. Blue Ridge Quezon City,
Philippines of the crime of RAPE, defined and penalized under Article 266A, par. 2, as amended, committed as follows:
That on January 17, 2014, at the complainants condominium unit in
Forbeswood Heights Condominium, Fort Bonifacio Global City, the abovenamed accused, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and feloniously
raped the person of DENITZCHE CAHONES, by inserting his penis into the
complainants mouth around 11:00 p.m.
That the accused pinned down the complainant on the bed and
removed his short pants using his hand, and was clutching tightly and
painfully pulling complainants hair with his other hand, while mashing her
face, mouth, nose, and chin on his genitals.
That the accused placed a kitchen knife directly on the complainants
throat and warned her not to tell anyone about the incident or else he would
come back to kill the complainant.
That as a result of said rape, the victim suffered actual and moral
damages in the amount as may be awarded by Honorable Trial Court under
the Provisions of the New Civil Code.
