In the unlikely event that no errors or omissions are removed or corrected

by any of the three credit bureaus after 45 days of investigations, Plan B
will initiate a second 45 day round of investigations at no additional
charge (Bureau fees not included in guarantee). In the highly unlikely
event no errors or omissions are removed or corrected by any of the three
credit bureaus after the second 45 day investigation, Plan B will refund
100% of all Plan B fees 30 days after receiving the results of the second
45 day investigation.

By signing below I authorize Plan B herein referred to as (PB) limited Power of Attorney to purchase my credit report
and work directly with each Credit Bureau to investigate credit report inaccuracies based on information obtained
directly from me. I understand that I hold harmless PB and its affiliates of all responsibility for any errors or omissions
the Bureaus fail to remove.
I understand that I will receive an email saying your investigation is complete directly from each credit Bureau within
30 days. Please forward that email to: bureaualerts@planbservice.com Note: Please check your junk email box for
these emails. They sometimes will get routed there. These emails are very important to the
processing/monitoring of your file.
By entering this agreement, I agree to retain PB for $495.00 (does not include Optional Expedite Fees) to dispute errors
or omissions on my credit reports. If additional disputes are needed, the monthly retainer fee will be discounted to
$200.00 for each month thereafter. If nothing is deleted we will do another round for free. Each payment is
due each month on the date signed below.

I understand that PB will work directly with Equifax, Experian and TransUnion and can dispute errors or omissions
multiple times each month. I understand this contract is a month to month contract and can be terminated at any time. I
also understand that the removal of inaccuracies are not guaranteed and may or may not remain corrected. The
removal of any and all errors or omissions that the Bureaus make are not intended to allow me to avoid repayment of
bad debt. The repayment of bad debt is your responsibility and the best way to eliminate bad credit.

You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd
business day after the date on which you signed the contract.

Help us help you!

What not to do?
1. Dont have your credit report ran unless we tell you its ok to do so.
2. Dont call any collection agencies or old creditors and negotiate any debts until we say its
ok to do so.
3. Dont go online and dispute youre credit yourself. This will make Plan Bs efforts
ineffective.
4. Dont apply for any new credit unless we say its ok to do so. (Credit cards, cars, new
homes, refinances, etc.)
5. Dont use more than 30% of the total allowable credit that you have on your credit cards. If
you owe more than 30% and you have the money to pay off the balance, let us know
before you payoff anything.
6. Dont payoff any Large Debt in full unless we say its ok to do so.
7. Dont payoff any Credit Cards in full unless we say its ok to do so.
8. Dont close any accounts (Revolving account, Installment account or Mortgage accounts) unless we
say its ok to do so.

How can I help?

1. Make all payments on time (Revolving account, Installment account or Mortgage accounts)
2. Please advise us before you take any legal action to provide debt relief. (Credit Counseling,
Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, etc.)
3. Make all payment to Plan B on time (if not, it can cause a delay in the dispute process)
4. Please return all calls and Emails from Plan B ASAP (if not, it can cause a delay in the
dispute process).
5. Please be extra patient during your account setup process. There are a lot of security
measures that the bureaus and Plan B have implemented on your behalf.
