Dear Mr. Zernik:

Your December 02, 2009, complaint addressed to the

Department of Justice (DOJ) , Office of the Inspector General
(OIG), has been reviewed by the Internal Investigations Section
(lIS), Inspection Division (INSD), Federal Bureau of
Investigation (FBI). The lIS of the Inspection Division (INSD)
is the FBI entity responsible for investigating allegations of
serious misconduct or criminal activity on the part of FBI
employees.

You forwarded correspondence to the OIG, Investigations

Division, which alleged real estate fraud in Los Angeles,
California. You alleged that unidentified senior FBI and DOJ
officials provided false and "deliberately" misleading responses
to the U.S. Congress regarding your case. You further alleged
that your residence was taken from you in 2004 "in a real estate
fraud by the Los Angeles County court based on the opinions of a
"veteran" unidentified FBI agent, experts from Countrywide
Financial Corporation and the Bank of America.

Your complaint, however, provides no specific, credible

evidence to support your allegations of FBI misconduct. In
addition, you should address any concerns through the appropriate
judicial channels if you believe it is necessary.
