This standard has been prepared by ECISS/TC 29.
The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschu Rohre, Rohrverbindungen
und Rohrleitungen (Pipes, Pipe Joints and Pipelines Standards Committee).
Amendments
DIN 2444, January 1984 edition, has been superseded by the specifications of EN 10240.
