Objectives of the questionnaires are as follows:


o To analyze the existing training practices, its effectiveness and recommend
measure to improve the training effectiveness
o Comparing the effectiveness of two types of training. i.e.
1. Inbuilt training
2. Outsourced training
o To study the changes in behavioral pattern and productivity of respondents
after training program

parties
