ECONOMIC INTERESTS DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

The Falls Church City School Board has determined, based on his or her
involvement with the financial and procurement actions of the Falls Church
City School division, that each individual holding one of the following
positions shall file a disclosure statement of his or her personal interests:

1. The Division Superintendent

2. The Director of Finance

The identified individuals shall file, as a condition to assuming employment,

the disclosure statement of his or her personal interests and other
information as is specified on the form set forth in the Code of Virginia,
Section 2.1--639.15 Such form must be provided to the clerk of the Falls
Church City School Board. After the initial disclosure, the individuals must
file this statement annually on or before January 15.
