    The Superintendent is authorized to promulgate such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the policies adopted by the School Board. If Board action is required by law or the Board has specifically asked that certain types of regulations be given prior Board approval, these regulations shall be forwarded to the Board for action. The Superintendent shall forward copies of the regulations to School Board members and shall see that the regulations are placed in the School Board Policy Manual.

    POLICY IMPLEMENTATION

    A. Development of Regulations

    The Superintendent is authorized to promulgate such regulations as


    may be necessary to carry out the policies adopted by the School
    Board. If Board action is required by law or the Board has specifically
    asked that certain types of regulations be given prior Board approval,
    these regulations shall be forwarded to the Board for action. The
    Superintendent shall forward copies of the regulations to School Board
    members and shall see that the regulations are placed in the School
    Board Policy Manual.

    B. Dissemination of Policies and Regulations

    Administrators and supervisors will be responsible for informing staff


    members of all newly adopted policies and regulations.
