role of subordinates. However, retired Army officer Tony Caligula tries a new approach
that involves unilateral problem-solving based on battle-tested/proven military
techniques, tactics, and procedures. This essentially results in a paradigm shift in
traditional Civil Rights thinking:

No victimization platform.

No dependency on whites or the government (unilateral solutions).

No socialist schemes.

Fresh approach based on self-help philosophies of Booker T. Washington.

Rejection of Grievance Industry of obsolete Civil Rights Movement.
