Introduction
Nata de coco is food (dessert). Nata de coco is foods that contain lots of fiber,
cellulose-containing high levels of health benefits in aiding digestion. Low calorie content
results in Nata de coco is a proper consideration of Nata de coco product as a diet. In terms of
appearance of these foods have a high aesthetic value, appearance somewhat translucent
white color, chewy texture, fresh scent. With the appearance of the nata as a food desert has
high appeal.
Nutritions
Taken from coconut water contains minerals and vitamins, nata de coco also contain
valuable nutrients. From the research conducted, each 100 grams of nata de coco complete
nutritional content includes 20 grams of carbohydrates, 80% water, 20 grams of fat, 146
calories cal, 2 mg of phosphorus, 12 mg calcium, and 0.5 grams of iron is very good to
maintain a healthy body.
Benefits

THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE NATA DE COCO

250 ml of coconut water

18.75 grams of sugar

5 ml of glacial acetic acid

25 ml of starter

water

The purpose of filtering proccess is to separate the coconut water from the
impurities, and the purpose of heating coconut water is to boil the coconut water
and dilute the sugar, ZA fertilizer dan acetic glacial acid when it cool. The next
step is to keep the mix in a bottle and cure it for 1 week to make sure the
fermentation by the microorganism could produce a starter.
