The aim of doing this proposal is to apply for agreement and approval from Assistant Vice
Chancellor of Student Affairs and Alumni Department (SAFFAD) to hold a program
that invole all I2 09G UHS 2021 students.

2.0 INTRODUCTION

UHS 2012 Soft Skills 2 is one of university extended subject that is compulsory to be taken
by all students of University Malaysia Pahang that have successfully accomplished Soft
Skills 1 1021. One community services program is assigned to the students for them to
manage and conduct so that it gives the students the opportunity to practice the six
elements that have been learnt in this subject. The programs ideas that will be carried out
must be originally from the students themselves.
This program gives opportunities for the students to serves the community and do some deeds
for the poeple outside of the university campus. Besides, as it is a group assignment, it is
compulsory for the students to practice the values that had been learned from this subject
such as communication skills, leadership skills, team working skills, critical thinking and
problem solving skills, lifelong learning and ethics and moral professional. For this program
to be carried out successfully, all of the members must be good in communicating and dealing
with the founder and adviser of Rumah Kebajikan Anak-anak Yatim Permata Al-Insyirah.

Due to this, we have chosen Masih Ada Yang Sayang as our group assignment..
This program will focus on creating mini explorace and some knowledge sharing monments
with the orphans. We have chosen Rumah Kebajikan Anak-anak Yatim Permata Al-Insyirah
as our project location as it is not too far from the campus. We estimate to handle the project
on 7th May 2015. However, we will change the date depends on the advisers request.

To complete the Soft Skills 2, UHS 2021 assignment that has been given.
To create a good bond between students of University Malaysia Pahang with the

community.
To practice and apply all six soft skill elements, which are communication skills,
leadership skills, team working skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills,
lifelong learning and ethics and moral professional that we have learnt during Soft

To develop sense of volunteerism for everyone and develop a good personality.
To instil strong team work, trust and good communication skills in children involved

Do collaboration with adviser of Rumah Kebajikan Anakanak Yatim Permata Al-Insyirah.


Collect fund from students of Universiti Malaysia
Pahang.
The team members will complete the tasks according to the task
distribution to smoothen the flow of our project and help each other if
there is a problem.
The leader will monitor the team members to ensure that they do their
works efficiently.
Do some knowledge sharing moments with the children.
We will be teaching them on Mathematics and English.
And we also going to share some sirah on great women
from Rasulullahs ages.
Run a mini Explorace which will test their survival skills,

Based on the objective that we have mentioned, we are really hoping that we can proceed our
project effectively and achieve the main objectives that we want which is to develop our soft
skills. A big thank you to our Soft Skill 2 lecturer, Pm Dr Muhammad Nubli Bin Abdul
Wahab for helping us to complete this proposal. Besides, we are kindly hope that our project
can be approved from your authority. We wish this project can goes smoothly and achieve the
goals and objectives. Last but not least, we hope that our project can give benefits to one and
each other because we as a community complement each other. Cooperation and support is
