Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen kesiswaan


pada sekolah inklusi di SDN 1 Surotrunan dan SDN Pecarikan Kebumen.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan
studi multi situs. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam,
observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data terdiri atas analisis data dalam
situs dan analisis data lintas situs. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan tiga
kriteria yaitu kredibilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Berdasarkan teknik
analisis data tersebut diperoleh temuan lintas situs sebagai berikut. Pertama,
pelaksanaan PPDB baik siswa reguler maupun siswa ABK dilaksanakan
bersamaan sesuai dengan juklak PPDB Dinas Dikpora Kabupaten Kebumen.
SDN 1 Surotrunan siswa ABK diseleksi, yang diterima adalah ABK yang
mempunyai jenis kebutuhan ringan ke sedang. Sedangkan SDN Pecarikan
menggunakan sistem promosi. Kedua, siswa ditempatkan menjadi satu kelas,
pengelompokan siswa berdasarkan kecerdasan, Kemampuan akademik dan
kebutuhan khusus. Ketiga pembinaan kesiswaan, dilakukan melalui kegiatan
pembiasaan, ekstrakurikuler, dan kegiatan insidental. Sekolah mewajibkan
pendamping (shadow) untuk siswa ABK.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe of student management at State
Elementary School 1 Surotrunan and State Elementary School Pecarikan
Kebumen as primary inclusion school in Kebumen. This study used a qualitative
descriptive approach and multi-site studies design. The techniques of the study
were collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. Data
analysis was divided into two phases of data analysis; those are data analysis site
and site across data analysis. In checking validity of the data in this study used
three kind of validities that are credibility, dependability, and confirmability.
Based on those technique data analyses, it is found across the site as follows. First
of all, the implementation of new admissions both regular students and students
with special needs conducted concurrently in accordance with the guidelines the
acceptance of new students Dikpora Kebumen. State Elementary School 1
Surotrunan students were selected and received students with special needs who
have needs low till medium. In the other hand, State Elementary School
Pecarikan using a system of promotion. Secondly, students are placed in a class,
students grouping is based on their intelligence, academic ability and special
needs. Thirdly, student treatments, carried out by giving some habitual activities,
extracurricular activities, and incidental activities. Schools require guider
(shadow) on each ABKs.

Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses kelulusan dan
penelusuran alumni pada sekolah inklusi di SDN 1 Surotrunan dan SD
Pecarikan Kebumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif
kualitatif dengan rancangan studi multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data
dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis
data terdiri atas analisis data dalam situs dan analisis data lintas situs.
Pengecekan keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga kriteria
yakni kredibilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Berdasarkan analisis
data tersebut diperoleh temuan lintas situs sebagai berikut. Pertama, ujian
kelulusan siswa terdiri dari ujian sekolah dan ujian nasional. Khusus untuk
siswa ABK yang tidak lulus UN atau tidak mengikuti UN, akan dibuatkan
surat tanda tamat belajar dari sekolah yang dapat digunakan untuk
melanjutkan ke sekolah menengah pertama inklusi. Sekolah membantu
kelulusan siswa ABK yang lamban belajar (slow learner) dengan cara
menurunkan SKL perkiraan SKL diambil setelah siswa-siswa melakukan
beberapa kali try out, sekolah juga memberikan les untuk persiapan
menghadapi UN. Kedua, penelusuran alumni didata sebatas informasi
melanjutkan atau tidak dan melanjutkan ke mana. Informasi tentang alumni
didapat dari informasi adik kelas, komunikasi dengan orang tua dan
bertanya kepada siswa langsung ketika pengambilan ijazah di sekolah.
Komunikasi, peran dan pemberdayaan antara alumni dan sekolah belum
terkoordinir dengan baik.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe process of graduation and tracer
study at State Elementary School 1 Surotrunan and State Elementary
School Pecarikan Kebumen as primary inclusion school in Kebumen. This
study used a qualitative descriptive approach and multi-site studies design.
The techniques of the study were collecting data used interviews,
observation and documentation. Data analysis was divided into two phases
of data analysis; those are data analysis site and site across data analysis. In

are credibility, dependability, and confirmability. Based on those technique
data analyses, it is found across the site as follows. First of all, the
graduation test consists of school exam (US) whether practice exams,
written exams and national exams (UN). Especially for ABKs students
who do not pass the national exams (UN) or do not follow the national
exams (UN), will be given a certificates of graduation from a school that
could be used to continue to inclusion junior high school. Schools help
ABKs slow learner to pass the exam by giving lower SKL, approximation
of SKL is taken after the students do several times try out UN. Secondly,
the information recorded by asking the alumnee and ask to the students

directly when taking a certificate in the school. Communication between the


alumnee and school is so well-coordinated, it is held in reunion of alumnee.
