NON-DISPLAY FEE SCHEDULE
(APPLICABLE FROM JANUARY 2016)
1.
INTRODUCTION
1.1
This schedule sets-out the Fees for Non-Display Use subject to the Non-Display Use Policy of the
EMDDA and/or the Non-Display Use Policy of the TMA (Non-Display Fees).
1.2
All Fees set forth in this Fee Schedule apply on an enterprise-wide basis to the Customer, any of its
holding companies and its subsidiaries. For the purposes of this schedule, a subsidiary means a
company in which the user owns directly or indirectly 50% (fifty percent) or more of the issued share
capital and over which it exercises effective control.
1.3
All Fees set forth in this Fee Schedule are in addition to Monthly Redistribution Licence Fees, Monthly
Information Usage Fees or other Fees that are otherwise payable in respect of the applicable
Euronext Information products in accordance with other Euronext agreements, policies and/or fee
schedules, unless otherwise indicated.
1.4
To the extent applicable, for the purposes of the TMA including, but not limited to, the Euronext
Data License Agreement for Trading Members and its policies, references in this Non-Display Fee
Schedule:

to Cash shall mean Euronext Securities Markets;
to Derivatives shall mean Euronext Derivatives Markets; and

2.1
The monthly Fees for Internal Non-Display Use (Euro excl. VAT) are as follows:

Customers will not be liable for Fees for Category 3 Internal Non-Display Use for those Information
products for which they are also paying Fees for Category 1 and/or Category 2 Internal Non-Display
Use.

3.1

3.2
Customers will not be liable for Fees for Managed Non-Display Use for those Information products
for which they pay the Fee for Internal Non-Display Use.
4.
INDEX CREATION FEES
4.1
The Customer shall be liable for the applicable Index Creation Fee(s) for:
(a) Real Time Information if the Customer Uses Real Time Information in the calculation of one or
more indices; and
(b) Delayed Information if the Customer Uses Delayed Information, received and used before
midnight (CET) on the day it was first published by Euronext, in the calculation of one or more
indices.
4.2
For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Display Use of Real Time Information in the calculation of indices
that are not Redistributed is categorised as Internal Non-Display Use (Category 4) and shall be subject
to the applicable Fee(s) for Category 4 Internal Non-Display Use.

4.3
The monthly Fees for Non-Display Use of Real Time and/or Delayed Information in the calculation of
indices subject to clause 5 of the Non-Display Use Policy (or Index Creation Fees) (Euro excl. VAT)
are as follows:

*Customers will receive a 50% discount on the applicable Category 2 Index Creation Fee if they can demonstrate that
they provide Index Provider Services to 5 (five) third parties or less by providing Euronext a list of all third parties they
provide with Index Provider Services.
4.4
Customers will not be liable for the Index Creation Fee for Delayed Information if they already pay
the Index Creation Fee for Real Time Information for the same Index Creation category.
5.
OTHER DERIVED DATA CREATION FEES
5.1
The Customer shall be liable for the applicable Other Derived Data Creation Fees for:
(a)
Real Time Information if the Customer Uses Real Time Information in the creation of Derived
Data, other than indices; and
(b)
Delayed Information if the Customer Uses Delayed Information, received and used before
midnight (CET) on the day it was first published by Euronext, in the creation of Derived Data,
other than indices.
5.2
For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Display Use of Real Time Information in the creation of Derived
Data, other than indices, that is not Redistributed is categorised as Internal Non-Display Use
(Category 4) and shall be subject to the applicable Fee(s) for Category 4 Internal Non-Display Use.
5.3
The monthly Fees for Non-Display Use of Real Time Information and/or Delayed Information in the
creation of Derived Data, other than indices, that will be Redistributed by the Customer (or Other
Derived Data Creation Fees) (Euro excl. VAT) are as follows:

Customers will not be liable for the Other Derived Data Creation Fee for Delayed Information if they
already pay the Other Derived Data Creation Fee for Real Time Information for the same Euronext
Information product.
5.5
Customers will not be liable for the Other Derived Data Creation Fees for Real Time Information for
those Information products for which they pay the Monthly Redistribution License Fee for Real Time
Information subject to the EMDDA.
5.6
Customers will not be liable for the Other Derived Data Creation Fees for Delayed Information for
those Information products for which they pay the Monthly Redistribution License Fee for Delayed
Information subject to the EMDDA.
