Capital City's Administrative Court of First Instance suspends Centerra
Gold's Gatsuurt mining licenses
Last Thursday, Capital City's Administrative Court of First Instance decided to
suspend four special licenses of Centerra Gold to operate in the Gatsuurt mine
due to alleged breach of Licensing Law of Mongolia from the "Noyon Uul
Protection Movement". The official reason for the suspension will be released in
the coming week.

Khan Resources announces completion of settlement payment
On May 18, 2016, Khan Resources Inc. (CSE: KRI) announced that Khan and the
Government of Mongolia had signed all of the documentation required for the
release of the US$70 million from an escrow account to Khan. The funds have
now been received. In addition, Khans petition for certification of the
international arbitration award has now been dismissed. Cash and cash
equivalents stand at $1,852,000 as at March 31, 2016.

Altanbulag Expo-2016 emphasizes free trade zone development

From May 21-22, 2016, "Altanbulag Expo-2016" was held at Selenge Province's
Altanbulag soum to improve cross-border transportation between Mongolia,
Russia and China, develop infrastructure, advance investment cooperation
between the neighboring countries and intensify the activities of the free trade
zone. Around 120 entities from Mongolia, Russia, and China took part in the trade
fair and promoted their products and services.

MSE: Weekly trading report

During the week of May 16th- 20th, total trade volume of Mongolian Stock
Exchange reached MNT625,739,068 and average daily volume reached MNT125.1
million. 178,843 shares of 27 companies worth MNT121,339,068 were traded.
5,200 units of government bond worth MNT504,400,000 were traded in the
secondary bond market.

World news
Dollar rises to third weekly gain; stocks jump
Global equity markets rose on Friday as investors took in stride the possibility the
Federal Reserve may hike interest rates in June, a view that helped U.S. bond
yields to rise and lifted the dollar to a third straight week of gains. U.S. home
resales rose more than expected in April, suggesting the American economy has
continued to gather pace during the second quarter. The data added to a growing
perception that a rate hike next month or in July would not derail U.S. growth.
Wall Street rose, following gains in Europe, with the S&P financial sector index
.SPSY rising 0.61 percent as recent comments from Fed officials suggested the
possibility of a rate increase as early as June.
