Being aware of the importance of practical training, the Department of Banking and Finance
requires every BBA (Hons) student to go through training for practical purpose as trainee.
I tried my best to collect the valuable information and its relevant facts.
The internship program is to broaden the vision of practical experiences with theoretical
knowledge as it increases ones capabilities to handle problems at various stages and the ability
of decision.
This report is the result of my internship with Bank (ZTBL).

Executive Summary
In this internship I have discussed about all the knowledge, I gained during my six week
internship program in the ZTBL bank. ZTBL bank is one of the largest commercial bank in the
Pakistan and it has a thoroughly establish banking chain throughout the world. It is an extensive
network of branches in Pakistan.
ZTBL Choubara branch consist of following department.

Foreign exchange department
Lockers department
ZTBL bank limited has recently entered into the world of electronic banking. All the branches
have been interlinked through a computerized system which has replaced the manual system of
performing function of banking . ZTBL bank limited is a well competing and innovative
organization. All the management and employees are very sincere to their jobs and are always
struggling for satisfying the needs of their customers. The organization owes its success to its
employees beliveing that providing employees with job satisfaction motivates them to work hard
and provide better results
