Java - Back 2 Basics : A Proposal

Rationale
The College of Computing Education Skills Clinic (CCESC) of the University of
Mindanao (UM) is an Academic enhancement program that is designed to help poor performing
students in computer-related academic courses of the CCE. The academic enhancement
program is a collaborative effort involving CCE faculty, CCE skills clinic officers, CSG-officers,
and CCE accredited organizations which are highly committed to provide practical trainings and
seminars towards skills and competency development. The tutorial support and training services
is available to bonafide UM-CCE students through sessions. This may include peer-to-peer
mentoring, small group, drop-in tutoring, skills workshops and seminars. The teacher should
submit a list of poor-performing students in a particular subject, which is officially offered within
the semester associated with its academic standing such as performance evaluation and course
topic to enhance by the admitted student. This is done via a formal request from CCE skills
clinic coordinator which will be signed by the dean of the college.
The Skills Clinic Enhancement Program (SCEP) of the College of Computing Education
