Professional with an MSc. on Industrial Engineering with an advanced level of English, who has experience on
datamining (neural networks, data envelopment analysis, generalized linear models, multivariate statistical methods,
forecasting and time series); applied to bid processes, auctions and merits competitions, specifically to segment the
processes market and to determine for enterprise on specific, the chances to win on that kind processes. Also I had
designed data cellars for the MSc. and Specialization on Industrial and Analytic Intelligence programs from Universidad
de los Andes, throughout the forms that offer the Google Forms Tool and the Google Script programming language. I
have solid knowledge on some programming languages like Visual Basic, Google Script and Mosel. Professional
granted with a scholarship from Universidad de los Andes to study the MSc. on Industrial Engineering half time for two
years, and also granted for another scholarship from The SAS Institute Colombia to learn SAS guide and Miner statistical

Achievements:

I elaborate an optimization model to determine the optimum average time and monthly billing, from executed
contracts which meets with the stipulated requirements by INVIAS, to obtain the maximum score on the
selection processes.
I developed an statistical model to determine the probability to win on a merits competition, as a decision tool,
also I elaborate a discriminant analysis model to classify the potential offers for be awarded to the company.

Achievements:

I developed a methodology which includes a model of neuronal networks. That model allowed to determine the
probability to win on the processes mentioned previously, taking into account previous bid processes to the
event where the companys indicators were affected to train the network and so to calculate a value of lost
utility, which would be claimed on an arbitration court.

Achievements:

I developed a tool which allowed to stock the information from the surveys performed to the students and also
from the contact information, through the forms developed by Google Forms and programmed on Google Script
to send conformation e-mails.
I elaborate a tool through advanced filters programmed on visual basic which could filter information from degree
candidates, and from subjects taught on another institutions which could be homologate for a subject that
belongs to one of the University.
I designed a tool through advanced filters programmed on Visual Basic to create an automatic certification for
the monitors who have provided their services to the Department.
