Check the Coverage, Quality, Handover, C/I, C/A, GPRS/ in IDLE/Dedicated Mode.

Responsible for coverage, Level and quality optimization to ensure satisfaction of customer.

Provide the resolution of RF related Call drop/Coverage/Quality complaints.

Analyze TEMS Log data for quality evaluation and generated reports for submission.
