4.1. Final Year Examination Post Mortem (Form 1, 2 dan 4)
All the post mortem must be completed and submitted to the examination
secretary to be handed into the headmistresss office.

4.2. Pengurusan Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran ( PK03 )

4.2.1 Teachers Record Book


Teachers record book must be completed and submitted by 22nd of January
2015. Teachers are reminded to complete all the record books are complete
with all the details requires in the list given by the En. Nadzir Bin Topimin.
The files consisting of the RPT, HSP, Takwim, Plan-j and yearly scheme of
work must be attached together with the record book and sign the PK03 form.

4.2.2 Students exercise books
Teachers are also reminded to check their students exercise books and submit
them for administrators review according to the manual.

4.2.3 Teachers Teaching Observations ( PK04 )


Teachers are asked to be prepared as the Headmistress and the Head of
Department will observe the teaching and learning process in classrooms using
learning walk strategies.

4.2.4 The Implementation i think into the teaching and learning process
The Principal requested the teachers to be innovative implement the i-think
teaching strategies in the process of teaching and learning .

4.3 Panel Management ( PK01 )


All curricular and co-acadmeic activities this year will focus on documenting
according to SPSK Panel Management (PK01) and designing a more systematic ,
particularly in teaching and learning and the provision of Lesson Plans neat and
precise. Therefore, all the files must be neatly completed accordingly.

4.4 Examination Mnagement ( PK05 )
The preparation of examination questions will be equally distributed among all
English teachers .

OTHER MATTERS
5.1. MBMMBI lodge.

The MBMMBI Reading Lodge is supposed to provide students with learning


materials. Thus, enable students to go make reading in the lodges is whether at
the break , the afternoon even in the morning . Therefore, lots of improvements
should be done to create a condusive learning environment.

5.2.2 Determination of the amount of exercise books
Teachers are free to decide the number of exercise books of files to be used
according to their own students needs and requirements. The exercise books
used for upper and lower forms are different accordingly to the needs of the
students as long it caters important components of essay writing, and reading
Comprehension, literature component and English Within 20 minutes.

5.2.3 Determination of the amount of exercise ( plan-J )
Number of exercise apportioned as follows :
i . Essay Writing - at least twice a month
ii . Summary - at least twice a month
iii . reading comprehension - at least three times a month
iv . grammar - at least four times a month

5.2.4 Details about Takwin.
The Coordinators have to complete the takwim according to the scheme of
Work.

The financial fund is allocated for the photocopying of materials for all the 5
levels. Allocation for examination classes would be more than the other levels.
