Site Access Support to allow all implmentation team (Civil work, TI, DAS, Planning & Optimiz
access to work, conduct acceptance test, ect on site.

Evaluate the permit requirements for each site separately.(generally- Civil Avaiation, Local Gov
others authority if necessary)

Establish a permit plan for each site and ensure that all necessary permit applications for each si
considered.
Complete all permit application documentation in accordance with local rules.

Collect all permit drawings from related teams (civil works, TI/DAS Implementation, Planning &
Optimization) and make a consolidated permitting documents.All permit drawing input to be prov
particular implementation teams (civil work, TI/DAS, planning & optimzation, etc)

Submit permit package (documentation and drawings) per site to the relevant permit authority.
Collect approval of submission from actual permit authority.

Follow up the permit application and work with the permit authority as required to resolve any q
issues. Take responsibility for resolving all permitting queries.

The Site Acquisition agent is responsible to ensure that all the permits are legally binding and th
final inspection is ordered and done in time.

The Permit work includes all needed traveling, negotiations, tools,etc. to get the required permit
issued by the relevant permit authority. (Permit Fees/Expense & Deposit are excluded and would
by OML)

(Same Subcon have to obtain all the permits after/before the lease agreement sign as per instructio
requirements of Customer)
