Position 3 Accounts Assistant/ Accounts Executive (Fresh Entry Level, based in Klang Valley)
Jobs Description
Register suppliers invoices; processes payments and
verify employees reimbursements; verifies items
billed against items ordered and reconciles
differences;
Register sales invoices and customers collection;
Perform regular statement of reconciliation for
customers, suppliers and inter-companies;
Follow-up with the vendors, customers and/ or other
employees as and when it is required when differences
arose;
Recording, filing, accounting entries;
Chance to handle full set accounts via assistant to
superior in the preparation of full set accounts and
interpretation of management accounts;
Perform bank reconciliations;
Involve in year-end audit, tax finalisation;
Involve in inventory count (interim and year-end); and
Ad-hoc assignments
Qualification
At least diploma in Accounts or Finance, LCCI,
Degree in Accounts or Finance;
Willingness to learn; and
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
