This Web Application provides facility to conduct online
examinationworldwide.
Itsavestimeasitallowsnumberofstudentstogivetheexamata
timeanddisplaystheresultsasthetestgetsover,sononeedto
waitfortheresult.Itisautomaticallygeneratedbytheserver.
Administratorhasaprivilegetocreate,modifyanddeletethetest
papersanditsparticularquestions.
Usercanregister,loginandgivethetestwithhisspecificid,and
canseetheresultsaswell.

recordfinding,modifying,adding,removingandgeneratingthereports.

Weproposedourperceptionofthesystem,inaccordancewiththeproblems
ofexistingsystembymakingafulllayoutofthesystemonpaper.Wetallied
theproblemsandneedsbyexistingsystemandrequirements.Wewerefurther
updatinginthelayoutinthebasisofredefinedtheproblems.Infeasibility
studyphasewehadundergonethroughvarioussteps,whicharedescribedas

Thecostrequiredintheproposedsystemiscomparativelylesstotheexisting

working environment in which their will be ease of work and the effort
requiredwillbecomparativelylessthantheexistingsystem.

Alsothetimerequiredgeneratingareportorfordoinganyotherworkwillbe
comparatively very less than in the existing system. Record finding and
updatingwilltakelesstimethantheexistingsystem.

Intheexistingsystemthenumberofstaffrequiredforcompletingtheworkis

The first problem is that there are loads of hard copied documents being
generated.Thisbringsustotheageolddiscussionofkeepinginformationin
theformdatabasesversuskeepingthesameonsheetsofpaper.Keepingthe
information in the form of hardcopied documents leads to the following
problems:
I.Lackofspace Itbecomesaprobleminitselftofindspacetokeepthe
sheetsofpaperbeinggeneratedasaresultoftheongoingdiscussion.The
documentsbeinggeneratedaretooimportanttobeilltreated.
2. Filingposesaproblem Filingthedocumentscategoricallyisatime
consumingandtediousexercise.
3. FilteringisnoteasyItbecomeshardtofilterrelevantdocumentsforthe
irrelevantonesifthecountofthesamecrossesacertainmanageablenumber.
4. Reviewingbecomestimeconsuming
Alltheprocessdonemanuallyatthecentersandalltherecordsaremaintained
on the papers. So the maintenance of the record is very difficult in the
departmentsandaswellasitsverydifficultfortheworkerstocheckthe
record.TheExistingsystemispaperbased,timeconsuming,monotonous,less
flexibleandprovidesaveryhecticworkingschedule.Thechanceoflossof
records is high and also record searching is difficult. Maintenance of the
systemisalsoverydifficultandtakeslotoftime.

Themainpurposebehindtheproposedsystemistoprovideacomprehensive
computerizedsystem,whichcancapture,collateandanalyzethedatafrom
thesewardsandevaluatetheimpactoftheprogram.

bevalid.Tomakethesoftwareasuserfriendlyaspossiblebutatthesame
