Modeling for 30 models in CATIA V5 Tet/Hex meshing in Hypermesh Solving and Post
Processing in ANSYS 12.
ii. Frames CAD clean up of surfaces and 2D meshing of frames using Hypermesh Solved
using Nastran Post Processing done in Patran reporting stress (Accountable Stress).
iii. Lifting and Transporting Analysis of 800 KVA containers Includes meshing of shell
and solid elements using Hypermesh and solved using ANSYS 12 for different loading
conditions.
iv. Static Linear Analysis of Aircraft Battery Racks is analyzed for deflection based
optimization using Nastran.
v. Analysis of Storage tank Maximum pressure holding capacity of tank is determined
for given loading types.
vi. Ribs Placement Shape optimization of Ribs Arrangement over Wing Box within given
deflection constraints.
vii. Mathematical Modeling of Spar Brackets using Hypermesh and checking for its
Modal response
HIGHLIGHTS

VEHICLE

Synopsis
: Modeling and analysis of SAR-Yoke Frame, design includes - selection of
bearing, selection of material, for takeoff & landing load cases, static analysis done for 10 g,
condition and modal analysis for preventing resonance for given deflection and weight
constraints achieved at 4th iteration.
