: Sept 2011 - Till date
Tools
: Hypermesh, Patran-2008r2, Nastran 2005r2, CATIA V5 R21, MS Office, VBA
Macro
Client
: Labinal GmbH
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
FE Validation of A350XWB Secondary Structures Systems Installation ATA 92, Section
13/14 and 16/18.
Static Strength Calculation and Dynamic Response of Secondary Structures System.
Justification and Certification Stress Dossier (Reports) creation with Reserve Factor
Calculations.
Solving Structural Stability Issues by proposing optimum Boundary Conditions.
Physical Interpretation of Stress and Deflection Results.
Calculating Reaction Forces and Moments of Brackets against Aircraft Primary Structures
by IRMAT Tool.
Technical Review (FE Quality Checks) on HM Files.
Analyzing Critical Low Reserve Factor Member and providing Structural Justification.
PROJECTS
i. FE model Validation checking design inputs using CATIA V5 extracting midsurface
FE modeling (2D, 1D, Lug Modeling, Bearing Modeling, Fastener Modeling) assigning DOF
to MPCs FE Quality Checks using Hypermesh finally solving it in Nastran debugging
BC errors checking deformation and stress results.
ii. Stress Dossier (Justification Reports) Extracting Fastener data checking material
data for its allowable values checking Mass budget calculating RF for 2D, 1D, Joints,
Rods and Lugs(Using ISAMI), reporting Fatigue from SEI templates and calculating RF for
buckling generating Stress Reports.
iii. Delta Impacts (Certification Reports) Analyzing Stress Impacts on Delta Reports due
to changes in Final Assembly Line based on Design Request Numbers. Proposing Design
changes at the preliminary phase in accordance with Manufacturing and Design Team.
Reporting Maximum Reaction Forces and Moments from Brackets to Primary Structure.
