I. Introduction
In this section, provide a brief introduction of the literature review conducted. You may also
enhance the introduction by stating the significance of sustainable business operations. This
section may also include a few of the latest global developments which could spark the interest
of the reader to learn more about sustainable business operations.
II. Sustainable Marketing Management
In this section, summarize and synthesize articles pertaining to the practice of sustainable
marketing management as it applies to the marketing mix.
III. Sustainable Human Resource Management
In this section, summarize and synthesize at least seven (7) articles on the practice of
sustainable human resource management. The articles reviewed should discuss the sustainable
practices in the following areas: (1) employee recruitment and talent acquisition, (2) training and
development, (3) compensation and benefits, (4) occupational safety and health, and (5)
employee-employer relations.
IV. Sustainable Operations Management
In this section, summarize and synthesize at least seven (7) articles on the practice of
sustainable operations management. The articles reviewed may cover the following areas: (1)
supply chain management, (2) process innovation, and (3) other relevant areas in operations
management.
V. Sustainable Financial Management
In this section, summarize and synthesize at least seven (7) articles on the practice of
sustainable financial management. Articles reviewed for this part must ideally cover the
following: (1) innovative sources of funding and credit, (2) sustainability initiatives and how
they impact on a firms financial performance, (3) social impact investments and venture
philanthropy, and (4) other relevant trends in the field.
VI. Synthesis
In this section, provide an extensive critique of the articles reviewed earlier. Indicate if the
articles were able to provide adequate information regarding sustainable business operations
from the perspective of the four (4) functional areas of management.
VIII. References
All sources must be properly cited as bibliographical entries in this last section.
