recalculated (Request should be send to IF
again)

In General details screen "Guardian Age" field

is disabled,System not allowing to proceed
further.

Lifestyle questions to be sent as No to eHealth

(in XML) even if the user has not selected any
value for the questions.

Guardian's age should be restricted to 99.

Note:In Ehealth Guardian's age limit is 99.

If selected previous insurer as "Royal

sundaram alliance insurance co ltd",Policy
number field allowing to enter up to 20 digits.--NOT OK.
Expected is It should be allow up to 16 digits.

In DTC Lifeline, only 1 field is available for

Claims i.e "Claims if Any" . But in E-Health five
Different Fields are available for Previous
Policy Claims. PFA the Requirement document
for Portability attached the Section

Down,Reason for Claim Rejection field will get
autopopulated.

Also these fields has to be Captured in

Request XML.

In existing insurance details section,no field

available to add more than one claim details-NOT OK.
Expected is Addmore button should available
for claim details.

In portability section,Cumulative bonus is

mandatory field in Ehealth.But in DTC Lifeline
no such a field is available to enter cumulative
bonus.

allowing to enter same insured details n

Expected is System should not allow to enter

While Running Json Script for Referral Status

Update and Update on Receipt Details
through SOAP UI, Systemis displaying
Response as "NULL"

In application insured age given as "24-011980",But in request xml same value passing

As these fields are not available in Request
XML (From D2C to E-Health), these fields are
not captured in E-Health.

In Proposal form "Additional benefit

covers"(Hospitalcash and Topup Plan)
displaying incorrect.
That is while creating quote in DTC Lifeline not
opted for any additional covers (Hospitalcash
and Topup Plan),But in Ehealth in the
proposal form system is displaying option for
Hospital Cash and TOp Up deductble as "YES"---- NOT OK.
Expecetd is system should displays the details
properly in Ehealth.

Ehealth quote number not available in DTC---NOT OK

Expected is Ehealth quote number should be
available in DTC.

If selected Zone 1 cities as "City of

residence",Selected city name should be
displayed in Other city field.

For cheque payment receipt number not

Expected is Receipt number should get
displayed for all payment mode.

In calculate premium page, if hospital cash

benefit is checked and then unchecked, after
clicking on recalculate premium the
additional premium for hospital cash is
getting deducted from the total premium.

System is allowing to add hospital cash

benefit premium N number of times. There is
no restriction after the hospital cash benefit
premium is added once.
