Port Operations
TMILL provides Terminal Operations, Cargo Management
and Operations & Maintenance of Bulk Material Handling
Systems. It specializes in handling steel products, project
cargo, ODC consignments and all types of dry bulk
cargoes like Coal, Iron Ore, Flux Material, Fertilizers, Bulk
Sugar and other raw materials.

Terminal Operations
In 2002, TMILL acquired Berth-12 from Haldia Port, one of the earliest Public-Private Partnership Projects in
India. This berth operates with best safe handling practices of the industry and has:

Open storage hard stand plot of 75,000 sqm

Covered warehouse of 3,000 sqm

Fleet of on-board and shore handling equipment

A dedicated railway siding

to handle clean cargo

Cargo Management at Ports

The Company provides cargo handling services at Kolkata, Haldia, Paradip,
Vizag-Gangavaram and Krishnapatnam port which includes container
stuffing /de-stuffing, complete handling of various types of dry bulk, break
bulk and project cargo. TMILL provides an entire range of services to
customers starting from cargo operations in /out of ship to receipt /dispatch
of cargo from the port premises.

Ship Agency
Through its wide network across all Indian ports, TMILL offers comprehensive Ship & Port agency services in Tramp & Linear trade to its
clients and maintains a trustworthy relationship with all its Principals and Nominators such as Ship Owners, Operators, Charterers,
Brokers, Traders, Receivers and Shippers. The processes are standardized through Enterprise Process Model (EPM). TMILLs reporting,
documentation, ERP-based final disbursement accounting, guiding (with port information), line ups etc are widely acknowledged and
appreciated by customers.

Based out of Jebel Ali Free Trade Zone, UAE, International Shipping
& Logistics (ISL), a wholly owned subsidiary of TMILL, provides the

a) Chartering: Short term chartering of vessels ranging from
one month to six months for a diverse customer base such
as traders, manufacturers, mine owners, end users etc.
b) Ship Operations: ISLs dynamic team of young professionals
constantly strive to provide innovative shipping solutions to a
wide spectrum of customers with offices in India and the
Persian Gulf. ISL is involved in worldwide trading with major
thrust being the East of Suez. Major trading routes are
Persian Gulf- India, India- Far East & South East Asia- India.

Customs House Agency,

Inland Logistics & Warehousing

CHA & IL Division of TMILL is a licensed Customs House

Agent at different locations (Kolkata, Haldia, Paradip,
Vizag, Chennai and Dhamra). CHAs activities comprises
advisory services on Foreign Trade Policy, EPCG
authorization, Redemption of Authorization, Insurance Services, Customs Clearance services for Import (Bulk, Break-bulk,
FCL/LCL) & Export products (Break-Bulk/FCL).
The division is also responsible for inland movement of cargo from various ports/airports to plant and has warehousing facilities at
Kolkata, Kalinganagar and Jamshedpur. These warehouses serve the needs of customers through efficient in-house warehousing
management and delivering cargo to customers on JIT basis.

TMILL, through its wholly owned subsidiary, TKM Global Logistics facilitates global trade by providing competitive freight rates and

air, ocean and road freight at the right place and at the right time, with focused and professional handling of EXIM cargo through its
offices in India, Germany and China.

TMILL entered this segment of services through its wholly owned subsidiary, TM Harbour Services Pvt. Ltd. (TMHSPL) in 2010.
TMHSPL has 3 harbour tugs of 65 tonnes bollard pull capacity, the largest of its kind in India, to provide towage services during
berthing /un-berthing of vessels as well as facilitating inward and outward movement of ships at the Dhamra port under a long term
contract.

Special Freight Train Operations

Encouraged by the Government of Indias policy on Special Freight Train Operations (SFTO), TMILL will shortly commence
operations of running trains on Indian Railway network, carrying steel coils and other cargos. This pioneering initiative by
TMILL will reduce logistics cost for finished steel products, inter-alia. It will provide an alternative to road movement,
thereby cutting on pollution and aligning with climate change initiatives of the Government of India.
