Terms & Conditions for the MBF Cards Mail Order Program
1. The order is subject to stock availability, sufficient credit line in the card account and acceptance of the Mail Order
Agreement by MBF Cards (M’sia) Sdn Bhd (herein MBFC) and the merchant(s).
2. The CardMember may make telephone orders. The acceptance of telephone orders by MBFC shall be deemed binding
between MBFC and the CardMember after a 10 working days cooling-off period.
3. All mail order delivery shall be processed after a 10 working days cooling-off period. If you wish to expedite the delivery,
you are to indicate your consent to waive this right in writing to MBFC or by checking the tick box in the order form.
4. Cancellation of orders made by telephone must be supported by writing-in via fax, email or mail before the end of the
10 working days cooling-off period. Thereafter the contract shall be deemed binding.
5. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of goods after order.
6. While MBFC or its supplier shall make all due attempts to deliver the goods ordered to the address specified for delivery,
if it is unable to effect such delivery for any reason whatsoever, the CardMember shall not have any claims whatsoever
against MBFC in such event.
7. Products accepted in good condition are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Prior to acceptance, the
CardMember or the recipient on his/her behalf shall examine the product to ensure he is satisfied with its condition.
8. MBFC, its agents and suppliers will not accept liabilities arising from the use of the products.
9. The full installment amount as approved by MBFC will be blocked at the point of approval under the installment scheme.
The amount will be released gradually as per the monthly installment amount debited to the CardMember’s account.
10. The terms and conditions herein are in addition to the terms and conditions in the CardMember’s agreement applicable
to the Card Account and in the event of inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the said agreement,
these terms and conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the mail order agreement and the purchase of the
item(s) by the CardMember.
11. MBFC reserves the right to amend these and conditions without prior notice to the CardMembers. The item offered
herein are subject to change and/or upgrading of product specifications, prices, software bundles and free gifts without
prior notice.
12. In the event of manufacturing defect, CardMember must return the product to MBFC within fourteen (14) days upon
receipt. Merchandise must be in good order and in its original packaging.
13. MBFC has the right to accelerate billings for cancelled accounts.
