CAUSE
- Air source is low.
- Air instaltion is leakage.

COUNTER MEASURE
- Check air source.
- Check leakage of air
instalation.

- Air presure switch damage.

- Make sure wiring

connection is good. And
check air pressure switch
condition.

- Emergency button has been pushed.

- Pull up emergency
button.
- Make sure wiring
connection is good.

- Thermal overload of power pack has been trip.

- reset thermal overload

contactor manually.
- Make sure wiring
connection is good.
- Make sure condition of
thermal overload is
good.
- Make sure condition of
motor and pump is good.

- make sure breaker for

- Contactor of servo drive not turn on or failure. power servo drive has
been turn on
- Make sure wiring
connection is good.
- Servo drive has been failed.
- Contactor of shearing motor not turn on or
thermal overload is failed.

- Setting counter has been complete.

- Turn off the breaker for

servo drive power and
wait 5 second then turn
on again.
- reset thermal overload
contactor manually.
- Make sure condition of
thermal overload is
good.
- Push the button check
operation.
- Touch amount in HMI
for 3 secon then value is
0 (zero) to Reset amount
of counter

- Adjust proximity
sensor of roll feeder
clamp.
- Turn on shearing on
switch
- Push the button check
operation.
