7. Backend Information Processing:

Collect data from all the Mobile Service Providers regarding recharge denominations,
Top Up vouchers, SMS packs, Data Packs, STD and Local Packs, Roaming Packs and
ISD packs. This data will be updated on daily basis.
Information will be updated through automated system in our website.
Information provided to customers only after creating an account on our recharge portal
and at point of sale/while recharging their prepaid mobiles.

8. Recharge Process for New Customers:


New Customers:- Create an online account on our website. Fills Details and registers his mobile
no. (This mobile no. will be used for login, though multiple mobile no. can be registered with
one account). A customer ID will also be provided to the customer after registration.
o Login to account (using Mobile no./Customer ID/user name/email ID and
Password).
o Select the recharge or bill payment option (Prepaid/Postpaid/DTH/Bill Pay etc.).
o Select the career and Recharge Denomination (Information regarding various
recharge options will be provided by the company, this info will be fetched from
carrier website on daily basis).
o Select an offer (In terms of coupons, discounts, products or services: change
according to company policy). No extra amount will be charged for these offers.
o Recharge his account and pay through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/Other
Payment options.
o An email and SMS will be sent to customer, containing recharge information and
offer details/coupon code etc.
Target: will be achieving at least 7 recharges per customer in a year to convert them to loyal

a. Once the mobile no. and email id is registered, customer will get marketing emails and SMS
containing coupon codes for discounts and offers. Target will be achieving at least 7 recharges
per customer in a year to convert them to loyal customers.

c. SMS frequency will be once in 3 days
d. Email will also contain a link for Referral Programme. Customer will get extra points for each
new customer referred. These point can be redeemed for payment of recharge amount.
10. Recharge Process for existing customers:
Existing Customers: Already have a user account on our website (Mobile and Email already
registered). They already have customer ID.

Login using Mobile no. /Customer ID/user name /email ID and Password.
Select the recharge or bill payment option (Prepaid/ Postpaid/ DTH/ Bill Pay etc.)
Select the career and Recharge Denomination (Information regarding various recharge
options will be provided by the company, This info will be fetched from carrier website
on daily basis)
